We had great interactions with all the staff especially Fancy at the front desk who frequently checked in with us. EXCELLENT HOTEL in every way - perfectly clean, comfortable, modern, amazing service by every single staff there, perfect location with everything just around it, great breakfast, totally lovely and relaxing pool area with music and pool bar - simply said, it's a true oasis of peacefulness in the middle of a very hustling-bustling city. We stayed in another hotel in Hanoi, so we can compare, and this hotel was the best decision we could make. We all were looking forward to come back to this hotel from our outings. Whatever the management there is doing there - thank you, you are doing a fantastic job! Don't change anything please.
