Great for Extended Stay, But not for One Night

The facility is beautiful. If you plan to stay in the area for more than a day, it would be a wonderful stay. However, if you are planning for one day, not so much. The procedures for check-in is different than extended, as there is a lock-box for entry for extended. There was no instructions for entry, however there was a person on site that processed our reservation.

My Stay was nothing short of amazing great front desk, people great property.property actually very beautiful nice fire pit to sit by and have nice conversation. Had a small fitness area if you would like to hit the weights or the treadmill also grill for the summer. I would definitely take my business again. I will be taking my business here again.

The dishes in the room were dirty and the room wasn't the cleanest either. With several nicks and small holes in the walls. The fire pits in the courtyard did not work. The people in the room above us had small children and were loud all night despite posted quite hours. Staff was friendly.

Newer hotel, nice set up. Our room still smelled new! Elevator was not working when we checked out, other than that very nice place. Did not find any place to drop room keys at checkout, so had to climb stairs to return them to our room. That would be my only complaint

The general manager, James Park, was extremely helpful and informative. He even helped me carry a tote up to my room as I had a broken arm. I wasn’t expecting any help, but he insisted. It was really appreciated. The room was clean and bright and we had everything we needed in terms of cooking utensils, pans, cutlery and dishes. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great new place to stay in HBG

The place is brand new. I was the first person to stay in the room I received. I have to take off points for the fact that the elevator wasn’t working, and I had to carry luggage up 3 floors. The water pressure was not good either(possibly from ppl running dishwashers or whatever). Beyond that, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was new and clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful.
