We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a solid choice. We had a mix-up with our booking (our error, not the hotel’s), but Leith helped us sort it out quickly—special thanks to him! The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. Plus, the staff were welcoming and always smiling, which added to the experience. They had tennis, paddle, and other activities to keep you busy, along with three pools (two outdoor—one for kids—and a heated indoor pool). There’s also a beach area where you can unwind. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it for a relaxing, activity-filled getaway.

Great holiday resort, staff are very helpful and friendly, I booked all inclusive, food & drinks are available all day. Helpful front desk staff and management. They care to make your stay comfortable I give 9.9 out of 10. And they deserve this. Special thanks to the following people Waiter: Houssem, Front Desk: Aya Poolside LifeGard. Ali Indoor pool. Muhammad And the manager. At the beginning of the journey. And many others couldn’t keep the names.

Great hotel and staff! Very well located with all facilities around. The rooms are big, clean and beds are very conformable. What we loved the most is the swimming pool and the beach side (bar & restaurant). We highly recommend it for couples or groups!

It was an exceptional one! It is an ideal place to pass a honey moon. Whenever you're tiered you can enjoy a sleep like a king either day or night. Many activities with coaches are disponible so you can enjoy swimming, playing, sun exposing ...

Only stayed for two nights for business. Very nice lobby, socialising area for tourists, nice architecture. Good food (buffet). Rooms a little 'tired'. No double beds, just two singles put next to each other when asked for a double bed!

Very good hotel for long and short stays

We had a great stay at this hotel. In December a lot of guests are families and people who stay for a long time, even more than two months. The hotel was a bit hard to find because we did not have a house number. The room was excellent. The food was very good, a large buffet with lots of choices, especially if you come early. The wifi was good, but signal in our room was a bit faint. You can walk onto the beach directly from the hotel premises.

It was not that good experience, the welcoming was dull, the staff wasn’t that friendly and caring, other than that the room was clean and comfy, the bed was cozy. The food was OK but distance between food counters was annoyingly wide and the staff was dull again. It’s an overrated and overpriced hotel.

Staff are not helpful especially on the swimming pool and reception and housekeeping, they did not clean my room for three days,reception send me to my room by myself, swimming pool staff ignorant and smoking while talking to me, i found it disrespectful and awful behaviour, dont trust the photos on their website.
