This was far from what I had expected from the description on Expedia. On arrival the resort/ hostel appeared closed up. There was no answer to the bell or first two cellphone calls. The hostel while tidy was not really clean. The bathroom smelled of urine and the shower curtains were a biohazard with pink mold 13 inches up the bottom. The main bathroom light was out. The light in my dormroom was not secured to the ceiling and had dead bugs in the fixture. It smelled dank with an overtone of stale cigarettes. There were few guests. I didn't explore the common rooms because they were dark and uninviting. Beyond my reception, I saw no staff.. The restaurant/ beer garden was closed. I got the impression that perhaps this property was taken over by people whose lives has been impacted by Russia's war on Ukraine and were starting a new life in Germany. I gave an extra star if that was the case. The area is quiet, and accessible to the National Park.

El alojamiento daba la sensación de estar desierto y sin nada de ambiente, por lo que nos extrañó que estuvieran haciendo limpieza general a las cinco de la tarde. El proceso de check-in fue lento y extraño, ya que daba la impresión de que llegábamos de sorpresa y la persona que nos atendió no parecía formar parte del personal habitual, aunque hizo lo que pudo. Pese a estar prácticamente vacío, el establecimiento transmitía la sensación de estar repleto por el desorden acumulado en las zonas comunes: el baño compartido tenía un montón de botes y champús, una bombilla fundida, la nevera estaba llena hasta arriba de comida ajena y la cocina compartida contaba con multitud de utensilios desordenados. Aunque la limpieza en general era aceptable y dispone de parking gratuito, la estancia resultó incómoda. Las camas no eran confortables y sufrimos muchísimo ruido cuando el único huésped de nuestra zona se levantó a las cinco de la mañana. Además, el lugar carece por completo de encanto y no ofrece opciones de entretenimiento; aunque se supone que cuenta con un bar y un área al aire libre, no había nada de actividad ni servicio disponible. En definitiva, nos pareció un sitio muy caro para la experiencia y los servicios que ofrecen.
