Amazing stay. Thanks a lot to Apri and Rimel for their assistance during our stay. All staff members were great and made this stay special. The rooms and facilities are beautiful. The various excursions made this trip was of our best.

New hotel with great potential. Location is stunning, restaurant and bar very good, rooms simple but nice. Good air con. Comfy beds Downsides - the hotel often has no transport available for tours which is a real issue. There’s no way to see anything in Sumba without a car and driver. There’s pool was also not well maintained. Spa not open and building work ongoing though noise not bad at all. Despite the challenges, I enjoyed my trip. I’d definitely return. I suspect many of these issues will be resolved with time.

Très bel hôtel sur une très belle plage,une très belle architecture. La nourriture est délicieuse.Le personnel chaleureux, très professionnel. Malgré ces compliments je ferai quelques remarques. Nous avions une maison deux chambres avec piscine et l 'éclairage de celle-ci était plus qu'insuffisant,lire à la nuit tombée était très difficile seul la salle de bain était bien éclairée. Dans la salle de bain manquait cruellement patères ou barres pour accro

Fantastique emplacement et fantastique personnel : charmant, serviable, souriant, on se sent en famille. Villa avec piscine privée : pas de bruit de déplacements ou liés aux travaux d’agrandissement, qui se remarquent à peine. Bravo au chef du restaurant qui maîtrise aussi bien les pizza, que les tartares de thon et les Nasi Goreng. Excursion d’une demi-journée très sympa avec Oscar. N’hésitez pas à aller découvrir les beautés environnantes. Un grand merci à Léo, notre chauffeur au retour vers l’aéroport (1 heure de trajet) pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse. 3 petites améliorations possibles pour ce futur grand resort : - enlever le sable du fond de la piscine - réguler le débit d’eau chaude de la douche, car on est obligés de laisser couler l’eau, et donc de gaspiller, en attendant que l’eau ne soit plus brûlante. - réduire la musique au bord de la piscine principale : du petit dej au dîner, sans discontinuer, ça fait beaucoup, surtout pour entendre une soupe italienne créée à l’intelligence artificielle probablement. Mais au final : un excellent séjour, notamment grâce au personnel.
