A great place to stay! Easy check in and the host company was easy to communicate with. The apartment has been completely remodeled with new lights, outlets, appliances, everything. Strong AC in all the rooms. I highly recommend this place.

We arrived by car and it was really tricky to find the property and parking garage, which was really pricy too. We later realized you can pay much less if you reserve parking in advance. Apartment was really nice and clean, had everything we needed: nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine for laundry, nice beds and ac in every room. The only downside was the stairs which are may be quite challenging if you have suitcases , but that is the reality in Firenze and other historical centers throughout Europe where elevators are rare. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I wasn’t told that this was a 4 floor walk up. If I had known I would have never made a reservation. You need to cite this. Also, until the last day, we couldn’t get the a/C to work. Luckily it wasn’t too hot at night. On the good side, the apartment itself was very nice.

The location is very good. Walkable to everything. Property was nicely updated with all basic necessities. The only complaint is that in one of the bedrooms there is a lot of street noise and there aren’t any blackout curtains. Other than that, it is a great apartment.
