Nice budget hotel, bit tired in places but fairly clean. Really helpful and friendly staff - organised and airport transfer super quick and allowed me to check in early. There is a bit of road noise but it's not a particularly busy road late at night.

The hotel was okay overall—the facilities were decent, and the staff was very friendly. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The sheets were dirty, and the towels had a very strong chlorine smell, which was uncomfortable. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The price was cheap, and it was the only hotel available in the area for the dates we needed, but they definitely need to improve their cleanliness.

Get what you pay for!

The staff was really good and spoke very good english. The breakfast was just coffee, juice, toast and some type of sliced meat, but it was fine. The room was disappointing; no refrigerator, no coffee pot, basically just the beds and a small table. The beds were ok, the pillows were shot.

Place was pretty run down and to me seemed not very clean. The bathroom sink was the cleanest place I think. I used my own towel as a kind of blanket as I didn't want to use theirs, used a T-shirt as a pillow case instead of theirs as well. Noise everywhere...even from the AC. I looked for something on the cheap but still looked ok to crash for a night so I have a lot a can tolerate and this just wasn't for me.

A limpeza do quarto razoável; em 06 dias não trocaram os lençóis e fronhas. Aos domingos não fazem a limpeza. Só solicitar a limpeza, a devolutiva por parte da recepção do hotel foi ríspida. Alguns funcionários da recepção são gentis, ajudaram nas dúvidas e dificuldade; mas outros dois não;, não fizeram questão de manter a reciprocidade solicita, e demonstravam pouco interesse em ajudar e até mesmo entender o " portunhol". Pelo fato de 50% dos hóspedes serem brasileiros, o atendimento deveria ser melhor, mais acolhedor . Quarto: muito, mas muito pequeno, quarto de solteiro; mas tem quartos maiores na mesma faixa adquirida; meus sobrinhos ficaram em quartos bem mais espaçosos. Café da manhã: simples, sendo todos os dias a mesma coisa, sem diversificação: dois tipos de pães ( forma integral e forma tradicional); queijo fatiado e presunto; tomate; alface; blister de manteiga e de geleia; ovos mexidos; suco em jarra; iogurte em jarra; cereais matinal, 01 fruta em calda; 01 tipo de bolo; café e leite e água quente para chás.

O hotel atendeu muito bem minhas espectativas e não tive nenhuma surpresa. Quarto quádruplo que me foi concedido era espaçoso, confortável, bem aquecido. O ponto negativo mesmo foi o café da manhã, com poucas opções e repetitivo durante toda a semana, tinha só uma opção de fruta por dia, ovo e pão.
