Check-in process was unnecessarily long (man at reception spent more than 20 minutes inputting who knows what all information into his system) but other than this the stay was good.

2/10 Poor

Terrible hotel

The worst hotel in the world. The noise is horrible. If you are in a group and people needs to go to your room, they charge you US$ 30.00. People is very rude at the reception. If you need room service, forge it. They have a restaurant but they don’t go to your room. The toilet was dirty. I need to clean. A bottle of water cost 5 euros !!!

O Atendimento foi incrivel, teve um senhor muitoo simpático que ficou conversando conosco quando estávamos jogando sinuca, não sei o nome dele, porem ele disse que trabalha no hotel a mais de 20 anos, valeu muito a pena;

8/10 Very good
