We loved how close it was to everything. Perast is a great place. Cute and quaint. The place was good. We were given a welcome gift of wine and they were accommodating with a few request. Very friendly family.

Der stank på det ekstrem lille badeværelse - en dør til brusekabinen manglede, så alt blev vådt. Håndklæderne var fuld af pletter. Vi var skuffede over vi ikke havde nogen udsigt. Generelt levede det ikke op til vores forventninger.

Room was spacious and well arranged for us with complimentary drinks and snacks. The sea view from the room was amazing. The manager and the staff Vukasin was really great. He suggested us with the best restaurants, view points and activities to do in Kotor. Amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Hosting was pretty good. Host was responsive over communication channels. Slightly misleading description as the parking in the hotel fills up very fast and you will get parked in if you park earlier. We had to get alternate parking one night for 25 Euro, and the host was not sympathetic to our parking. Room's view was just OK, had partial view of the water from the room, but was much better when you went onto the deck. It was more of a bed and breakfast that was replicated a few times to make up a hotel rather than the full hotel experience. Stay was still nice, and the price for the location was great. I would stay again and would recommend, just a heads up on the car/parking situation.

We had a top floor room with a fantastic view of the Bay of Kotor. The room was spacious and hit all of our needs. Bonus points for onsite parking, which seems pretty difficult to find in Perast. Shoutout to Vukasin for being such a fantastic host! He was really quick to answer our questions, and he gave us excellent recommendations for things to do, including setting up multiple restaurant reservations, as well as an amazing boat tour around Kotor. Definitely recommend this place for people looking to explore the area at a leisurely pace.

Beautifully furnished apartment located very close to the seafront in Perast with parking. The apartment is small but perfectly formed. We were 3 people and we used the sofa bed which was comfortable. The bathroom is very small and because the shower cubicle is a 'wet room' style and doesn't have a closing door the water escapes into the standing space by the sink which is a little frustrating and needs to be mopped up every time. It would be useful to have a mirror in the bedroom close to a plug socket. Perast is a stunning town on the bay of Kotor, quiet with quality restaurants. We loved swimming in the bay and out to the island Our Lady of the Rocks. Recommend Olivana bar/cafe for coffee after a morning swim. We are very pleased that we chose Step to Kotor Bay and would recommend it to friends.

Fabulous location!

The room was very nice with a great view and balcony. The staff was very nice and so helpful. Location was perfect too! We loved that we can just walk down the steps and we are along the water. Two small markets just minutes away too.The Lady of the Rock is also very close and a $5 Euro boat ride away. Gorgeous little town!

Fantastic apartment in great location. Absolutely loved it. Comfortable, clean, modernised apartment with easy access to all that Perast offers - excellent restaurants, swimming and excursions. Hosts are great too - super helpful, friendly and communicative.

This place holds an incredible position, of that there is no doubt. The name is for real. A few steps down and you are indeed right on the bay of Kotor and right on the promenade of Perast. But as a family who didn’t want to eat out every night, the apartment with garden comes with a flaw. It provides a kitchenette, but no table in the apartment. The garden, which is aside from the apartment is unkept, has an old table which was unclean from the surrounding vegetation and only seats 2 when the apartment can hold two adults and two children. Having said that the gentleman who maintains the property and looks after the guests is very accommodating and helpful. If arriving with a rental car there is parking, but it is tricky. Leave keys with the hosts would be my advice. They may have to move your car, and you might need to call on them to move the cars of those guests blocking you in. Comfortable bedroom.

Excelente localização em Perast

A acomodação é bem confortável, bem localizada, com uma vista incrível. Achei bem agradável como fomos recebidos com água, vinho. A limpeza é boa e o quarto confortável e super bem localizado em Perast. Com uma vista maravilhosa! Só a comunicação que o contato não me respondia aqui pelo Hoteis.com. Eu tive que ligar para o hoteis.com para eles pegarem um outro número de telefone. Depois disso, a comunicação ficou boa mas fica uma dica de responder aos clientes na plataforma também.

Der beste Balkonblick meines Lebens!!! Quartier tip-top. Alles neu, sauber, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen Tivat hat problemlos funktioniert. Suzana ist eine sehr aufmerksame, hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox. Mobil waren wir mit der öffentlichen Buslinie BlueLine.

Our stay in Perast was lovely! Couple of tips, during the day cars can't enter Perast and our taxi driver from the airport suggested we needed to walk to the apartments from the main road (from the first gate), but the apartment is literally the other side of Perast! We didn't know any better so we ended up lugging our suitcases all the way through the town when the taxi could have dropped us off at the car park in the apartment!! Make sure to insist that they drop you off at the apartment at the far gate into Perast. Also, we can't recommend the Comfort Studio Sea View unfortunately, it's the first apartment off the road and much too loud with traffic. If you're a heavy sleeper and not bothered then fine, but we had to request to move. The staff were very responsive, kind and helpful, and were able to move us to the Studio Ground Floor which was much nicer and away from the road. We were much happier in this room, and our friends room above us was lovely too. Location is fine, it's at the far end of Perast but only a few steps down to the front and a short walk along the front to restaurants and shop etc.
