Excellent breakfast, our bicycles were safely parked in the underground garage, friendly staff. The pool was a little disappointing (relatively small and no view). We thought the dinner buffet was overpriced at 4900DA but we had an excellent meal in La Perla.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il fallait. La literie était vraiment agréable et nous avons très bien dormi. L’établissement est calme et bien situé. Rien à redire, je recommande !

Toll, dass der Außenpool im Mai angenehm warm beheizt war, sehr schöne und stylische Inneneinrichtung, neue und dezent stilvoll ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr gutes Hotel, leider war der Strand Chenoua erheblich vermüllt.

Séjour court mais au sein d'un établissement hôtelier de qualité. Tout était réunit: l'accueil, la prise en charge, l'écoute, la disponibilité de l'équipe, la structure, l'infrastructure, la modernité des installations... allez seul bémol, le temps d'attente devant les ascenseurs, tout le reste allez y les yeux fermés

Hotel au top

Hotel top, tres bien décoré, propre. Piscine et Spa vraiment bien. Le restaurant, qui se veut gastro, en est loin, cuisine bonne et plat bien présenté, service à revoir et, pour un hotel de ce standing, pas d'alcool.... dommage

Hôtel correspondant à la description du site. Personnel très compétent. Je recommande le restaurant du septième étage ou le personnel et le cuisinier est son à vos petit soins. Un regret que les plats soit plutôt un standard international, que régional. Un seul problème, pour cette hôtel "4 étoiles", l'eau chaude au robinet et à la douche qui n'arrive pas régulièrement. On nous a changer de chambres sans succès. Etant dans la profession, le problème est général. D'autres clients se sont plein. M.B.

Bel hôtel malgré le service médiocre

Je suis déçu du service de cet hôtel, j’ai réserver une chambre double ou twins pour une personne mais d’après eux vu que je suis seule la single grand lit me suffisait MDR ils n’ont rien voulu entendre alors que j’ai payé plus pour avoir mieux justement c’est honteux. Le pommeau de douche était cassé j’ai signaler ça le matin du lendemain on m’a réparer ça a 22h après les avait relancer plusieurs fois. Il me dit qu’ils sont déborder mais il ne sont juste pas professionnel. C’est dommage sinon c’est un magnifique hôtel en toute objectivité, la terrasse est sublime, la piscine magnifique, le petit déjeuner complet et les infrastructures très propres. Voilà dommage pour ce service médiocre en revanche. Merci.

The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. There are merely two lifts on a 7 stories building and one of them was out of service, we ended up taking the stairs for most of the stay (fortunately we were "just"on the third floor). Not happy of all the discomfort they provided us already we've been given likely the worst, smallest room of the whole structure, we've been gazing at other rooms on the corridor and literally anyone was bigger and better that ours. But the problems had just began, nothing in the room was working properly, we had such a weak faucet pressure in the bathroom we ended up brushing our teeth in the shower, the TV wasn't turning on either. We went downstairs to the reception to ask support and we've been promised quick assistance soon, but no one ever showed up. In the middle of the stay I've asked the reception again for a sewing kit and I've been told they had it available and would have it send to our room promptly, yet again nobody ever showed up to our room. And there's so much more but I've finished the available characters.
