Well-located for all Bilbao activities. Very convenient to casca viejo. Lively street, but the room was quiet and good. Bed was firm, room was small, but everything was just fine. No coffee or tea provided, so bring your own.

This was a great spot! Close to a Metro stop (Abando); a great grocery store (6th floor in El Corte Inglés Gran Vía shopping mall Diego Lopez Haroko Kale Nagusia, 7-9); a tourist office (Turismo Bulegoa Bilbo Bizkaia Plaza Biribila, 1) and walking distance to Guggenheim, Old Town. The unit's facilities were perfect. So nice to have a washing machine! And a dishwasher?! Wow. Also, a little welcome gift. The elevator is through the main vestibule out in the courtyard. I stayed in a unit that faced the courtyard, which was great - I think it may be even quieter than street facing.

Excellent place and fab location. The online check in was absolutely fine and easy. We added a couple of very late extras (dog, early check in, late check out) and were called to confirm it was all fine. Lovely room with a balcony, wash machine, big telly, fridge and microwave etc. would deffo recommend.

Nice,clean and tidy apartment. Excellent location in central Bilbao- ten minute walk to the Guggenheim. Bars and restaurants were on our doorstep. We had a terrace with our apartment which was lovely. Excellent for a city break.

The check-in and communications were electronic but went smoothly. The location is a walk-up location, but not far from a road. The breakfast place was wonderful, and as a bonus, they have nice craft beers. The location is great for food, drinks, and exploring/transit. I would stay there again.

Lovely studio for short stay

Lovely studio apartment - more than enough room for a 2 night stay, and the layout and design is really modern yet feels welcoming. Lots of lovely little touches, amenities and storage. I arrived early and enquired about early check in, which they were very accommodating of. Bed was incredibly comfortable and our room overlooked the courtyard so was mostly quite quiet. Will definitely check out other locations!

The property is completely remodeled and the space is excellent for the price. It is also very well located, which makes it convenient for exploring the city. However, the biggest downside is the lack of on-site staff. There are no people to assist with check-in or check-out, as everything is fully automated. When problems arise with the room, you are essentially on your own. In our case, the air conditioning in our room did not work. I called the support number provided and spoke with Mohamed, who informed me that nothing could be done because the air conditioning systems were turned off for the season. Between the heat and the back-and-forth trying to resolve the issue, the experience felt more like staying in a hostel than in a professionally managed property. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was no proper comforter, and the pillows felt like those you would find in a motel. Overall, despite the modern renovation and good location, this was not the best experience.

Amazing location on busy street full of bars

Great place, super clean and overall comfortable (could have used more pillows). There are forms to fill out online proper to arrival for access to hotel and room. We didn’t know this so we’re surprised to not find a hotel representative anywhere when we arrived confused. Maria was fabulous when I found a number to call. It would be great if a hotel representative was on ground floor, or there was a way to ring them from outside. Would stay again!

Had a unique experience of leaving my backpack full of valuables in a taxi that took us from the Bilbao bus station to our apartment were our kind host, Valerie was waiting for us at the door of our apartment to greet us with a key. About 10 minutes after she left, I discovered my backpack was missing. In a panick, we called Valerie and she was ready wiling to help as the only one who was able to get through with her knowing the ropes of the taxi system and the of course Basque language. Within minutes, thanks to Valerie, our faithful and honest driver showed up at the door with my pack and all was well. These are good, capable people who take great pride in their integrity as well they should. After that the very much enjoyed our stay in the nicely equipped apartment listening to music and cooking meals and getting good rest in the comfortable bed. Highly recommended. We hope to return ASAP!
