for our trip it was a 'bed' for the night, we didn't mind that it was under construction, didn't have a pool or breakfast included, as we were leaving quite early in the morning. besides the construction things were good! check-in went smooth, staff was friendly!

The room wasn’t very clean, the toilet seat is broken, the fridge doesn’t work, the towels and bedding are stained or just not clean. I slept on the bed with my own blanket and pillow. I had to block the door with a chair because it was open when I got here and it was hard to close and keep it locked. This place is a pit of hell.

Economical place to stay in Cornwall close to the highway and close to amenities. I know I could have asked, but they should offer more pillows and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

The staff could not have been kinder and the room was fine but this property is undergoing extensive renovations. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.

When I arrived I showed them my booking through hotels.com. The staff member at the front desk then tried to charge me on their debit machine. I showed them my paid receipt from hotels.com, they then tried to tell me that the funds didn't go through and to check my bank. I checked my bank and there were no funds taken but I told them that Hotels.com typically charges me the morning after my check in. I showed them my booking and my receipt sent by hotels.com again and insisted that I wouldn't be paying, as I already had. It seems like this hotel is deliberately trying to double charge customers that have already booked and paid through hotels.com and are ignorant of the process. Along with this, the doors to the hall don't even lock, anyone could just walk in. The rooms are pretty bad. Plywood patch jobs on the walls where holes were, hardly even a bed sheet of a blanket, dirty floors and counter tops that are worse than most hostels that I've stayed in. All in all it was a very bad experience and I'd highly recommend that no one stays here.

The majority of the property is under construction, not sure how they can stay in operation while the construction is going on. The room key wouldn't work so that I had to ask the staff to open the door every time. The room smelled of paint, no mirror in washroom, the electrical outlets are missing covers. Over all, it was unsettling feeling while staying to there. Do not recommend.

The hotel was obviously under renovations. It took about five minutes for us to find somebody to check in. The front. Check-in area was covered in plastic and no one was around. As you can see from the pictures, we entered through this through the parking lot door, but the other door that led into the hallway that’s a condition of the hallway. It was the sketchiest place I’ve ever stayed.

Wallpaper falling off the wall, expired food left in the fridge, 1 chiclet size bar of soap nothing else, it's a wonder I didn't get a flat tire from all the screws laying all over the place.
