An Excellent Stopover

We always stay at this hotel en route to Normandy. The staff are friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean. Just one thing - the restaurant is not always open. There are eateries in the near shopping centres.

Not a hotel for a long stay more for travellers very convenient for the Autoroutes, it is situated next to a Lorry park about 8K outside Zaragoza. The Hotel is clean and modern didn't get any noise from the Trucks next door as long as the windows were closed. Hotel has it's own covered car park which was free.

perfect if just passing through town and need a free and safe place to park. Property just off the highway and next to airport. Fine for one night. The staff at check in and check out were friendly (and fluent in English for me). My only complaint was the Air Con was not working during my stay (November) as it was turned off for the season. Had to sleep with window open thus lots of noise from the train and highway. Property is clean. I did not use the dining facilities.

This hotel is a good choice if you are driving a car, which we were not. We were in Zaragoza to see the eclipse and should have stayed in the Old Town. Instead we were 30 minutes away and next to a truck depot. There was a bus stop very close to the hotel but the bus ran every 30-40 minutes and the route it took was not as GPS showed, so getting to the Old Town was tricky and then finding the right place to take the bus back even more difficult. Therefore we ended up taking taxis, which the hotel staff easily arranged, or you could flag one down in the Old Town, but it added 20-30€ each time we used it. Uber is not as available as in other big cities, but all taxis use a meter so we never had to negotiate prices. The hotel breakfast was good. Eggs, toast, Spanish tortilla, fruit, pastries and pretty good coffee. We did not have it included in the room cost so it was an additional 12€ per person each day. The lunch and dinner options were minimal. Again without a car you have a good 15-minute walk to a couple of fast food and an Italian restaurants. Not too sure as we always ate in town. The bed was very comfortable but be sure to ask for a single bed when making the reservation as twin beds seem to be a thing in Europe. The showers were a welcome respite after a day of walking in 100+ degrees. There are no grab bars to get in and out of the tub so be careful. All in all, Sercotel is a good cheaper choice if you are driving, but not so good if you rely on public transit.

We Love Sercotel!

We always enjoy staying at the Sercotel, Zaragoza. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, our room is clean and the bed so comfortable. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, open from 8.30 pm, and our meal was just right, served by the friendly chef.

This was a super hotel for a stop over in Zaragoza . Very easy to find from the motorway , and lots of parking . The reception is open 24 hour with very helpful staff . Room very spacious and clean with new bathrooms . The receptionist was very helpful with suggestions for how to get to the city and where to park for supper . Great city with incredible Basilica . Thoroughly recommend

Great Hotel.

Great Hotel right next to Secure Truck Parking where my truck was parked. Room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely Bathroom that had a Bath and shower. TV with mainly Spanish programs and BBC World News. Also had a fridge with free bottled water. Burger King and McDonalds and a supermarket was a 10 minute walk. Restaurant on site, but check opening times. Staff are polite and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Despite reviews about hearing trucks engines running all night, I didn’t hear any noise the two nights we stayed here.
