We stayed here for 4 nights in September 2026 and really enjoyed the hotel. It's got a new trendy look. The front desk check-in is at the bar which also makes fantastic drinks and tasty sandwiches. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly beautiful and well maintained hotel. We loved the vibe and our room was spacious, clean and very well lit! The 1 small critique we had was our water couldn’t get very cold, but that is a very minor detail in an overall exceptional stay. The bar had great happy hour deals and all the staff were super friendly. A bit out of the way but if you don’t mind walking, it’s really nice to be slightly removed from the craziness of the city centre. I would absolutely stay again and hope to get the opportunity to visit Ruby Bea’s other properties one day!

8/10 Very good

The hotel was lovely, the tram line was just outside the door, Great for getting into central Florence and to the rail station. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. Only down side was the breakfast, it was the same thing everyday and some items were running low and there is no fridge in the bedroom to keep water chilled. Otherwise perfect stay

Lovely big, light rooms in a modern hotel. Yummy, healthy breakfast buffet. It’s quite out of the way, but the public transport links are good and modestly priced.

The room was very clean and well maintained. We hung out at the lobby so we can talk to the staff. Anton in particular was very helpful and a joy to talk to. He made our stay memorable.
