This place is the perfect place for you to stay in Cusco. It's quiet while only a few blocks from the main square. The room is nice and very clean, bed is comfortable. Staff is the nicest you can find, always ready to help. The breakfast is superb, and the coffee is the best we had in Cusco. I highly recommend this place for you to stay.

Breakfast was included and it was homemade. The rooms were cleaned well everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms looked great. There is no refrigerator in the room. The view out of our window was a concrete was. I would stay here again. The location was good for walking to food and shopping. The artesano market was a 10 minute walk. The Plaza de Armas was a 15 minute walk.

Great Cusco old town hotel

This was a really nice hotel. The rooms were lovely and service was great. Breakfast was also great selecting from a set menu with coffee and juice. For the price I would recommend as it definitely nicer than another that I stayed at. Location was also good, very walkable to restaurants, atms, massage.

Good but not great

I have been to Cusco a few times and wanted to try this hotel out. It was in a pretty good area (10min or so from the main square) and in the historic district of the city. There were all good reviews which I heavily rely on. The lobby and breakfast were beautiful and delicious. The cleanliness of the hallways weren't great and my room was sporadically cleaned in my 5 day stay. There was no option to opt out of room service and the room amenities lacked in comparison to other stays in the same price range. No cups or tea kettle in the room and no access to them in the lobby either. I don't believe that had room service either which was a bummer. There was also a foul sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I had to be diligent to keep the toilet lid and door shut to mask the smalls Small things that could have made the stay much better. Good but not great!

El Centenario is a nice small hotel a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. The staff were amazing. Always helpful with keeping my family’s luggage while we did the Inca Trail. I used their laundry service twice, which was great. They were always available to help me with anything I needed. The breakfast is a great plus here. The coffee and breakfast included is great option. The rooms need some updating but overall they were clean, which is all we needed. If I returned to Cusco I would pick something closer to the Plaza where all the activity takes place. However that is nothing against the Centenario.

The hotel is very modern, the bed is too firm for me, I felt like sleeping in Korean traditional bed YO, did not sleep at all for 48 hrs. The room floor and bathroom need some extra detail cleaning, the room is very nice and the bathroom very spacious. Staff very friendly, WiFi on and off once in a while. Breakfast is good except the box breakfast. Cleaning needed improvement. Room 206

The way this hotel is set up is really strange we opened our curtains and were looking directly into someone else's room so they were kept closed all the time. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear other guests. The breakfast was a la carte and the location is not too far from the main square .
