1st time staying in Brighton & couldnt have picked a better hotel. Just off the seafront, (2 minutes walk yo the Brighton 360) in the perfect location for everything we wanted to visit. Bright, new, clean hotel with friendly staff & comfortable beds - our room was on 1st floor and we didnt hear any noise at all. Given didcounted parking in NCP car park (2 mins away) which was a bonus, £18 for 3 days parking!! 100% recommend & will definately be back!

The hotel is nice and clean, with an excellent location—everything you need is close by, and there's a car park conveniently located right across the street. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and very welcoming, and the housekeeping was top-notch. I also appreciated the unlimited complimentary amenities. I’ll definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Lovely looking new hotel in a good location, but a few problems: only one of three lifts broken, very long queue for breakfast which then kept running out of things. The beds are also too small and no fridge/just instant coffee in the rooms.
