Great little place to stay. The location wasn't the best but still walkable to some lovely places and close to the station to get to Pompeii and Herculeum.

Staff was not present, the phone number was wrong. No instructions beforehand on how to get into the building or room. Quiet room, clean. Could not have breakfast before 8.

We stayed one night and had to leave at 4:00 AM so we unfortunately did not have breakfast. The room was very clean. It was a little hard to get into the room at first but when we contacted the owner he was very helpful. He arranged our taxi for pickup at 4:00 AM and they were there at that time. It was a 10 minute drive to the airport so I was very satisfied with this hotel.

Very conveniently located near Napoli Centrale and the airport. The staff are very communicative and gave step by step instructions on how to access the property. When we arrived later in the afternoon, they offered us coffee and snacks, which was much appreciated! Great AC, clean room. Would recommend!

8/10 Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is because of its location. It’s close to the train station and on a bus route, both of which is great, but the neighborhood is not nice at all, very dirty and commercial.

The owner Denis is absolutely amazing. He was so incredibly helpful and easy to get ahold of. Breakfast was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. He even left on the spot to go get my wife oat milk for her morning coffee since she is lactose intolerant. The service was impeccable and the room was very clean. 10/10 recommend

We stayed on Easter Sunday. We had to call the WhatsApp number to be let in and the owners sent someone immediately to help us check in. If you are traveling after hours or on holidays it’s best to call ahead the what’s app number and they are very responsive. If you are using google maps, it’s easy to miss the brown entrance door. It’s a no frill b&b; excellent for budget stay and worked out for us as we were catching a flight in the morning.

Great host who personally took care of us and our needs like breakfast, and guiding us about local activities! Highly recommend the location, though parking can be tricky.

Dennis and Nunzia took such great care of us and made sure we received proper neopolitan hospitality. The place was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. The location is central to all transportation and we found it to be really easy to get around. We will absolutely be back to Pepe! I only took one star off because our TV didn’t work but we weren’t in Italy to watch tv anyway! Thank you so much Dennis & Nunzia :)

Had a lovely three nights at Pèpè bed and breakfast for our first time in Naples! Great location, property is clean and the service was excellent. Really accommodating for our late check in as well. Breakfast was also included which was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!
