Ein schönes toll hergerichtetes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und super Aussicht. Leider ist der Betreib nicht halb so gut. Total überlaufenes Frühstücksbüffet welches auch noch schlecht organisiert ist. Speisen sind schlecht zu finden. Bircher steht nicht bei Müsli, Hafermilch nur als Barista, Obstsalat wo man ihn nicht vermutet. Keinen Platz mehr am Tisch da, trotz ausreichend Personal, nicht abgeräumt wird. Atmosphäre wie beim schwedischen Möbelhausfrühstück. Laut und voll. Im vier Sterne Hotel einen Platz suchen zu müssen und mit mehr als 10 Personen in der Schlange anzustehen, ist schon ungewöhnlich. Das Zimmer hatte deutlich über 20 Grad Raumtemperatur trotz abgestellter Heizung. Laut Rezeption gibt es aber keine weitere Wärmequelle. Somit haben wir bei weit offener Terrassentür geschlafen. Bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur nicht wirklich ökologisch.

In der Bar leider nur eine Mitarbeiterin im Service. Sie war fleißig nur hatte keine Chance, da sehr viele Gäste hier waren. Hätte man aus dem Restaurant evtl. jemanden abziehen können. Sonst war alles sehr gut.

Angebot im Restaurant einschl. dem Frühstück waren unter unseren Erwartungen, was sicherlich auch der jahreszeitlich geringen Gästefrequenz geschuldet war. Das Servicepersonal, um Freundlichkeit bemüht, war sicherlich nicht ausgebildet in der Branche. Die SPA Behandlungen waren ausgezeichnet.

Das Hotel gehörte früher offensichtlich zu einem anderen großen Konzern, man sieht es teilweise noch, zum Beispiel an den alten Türen / Fenstern am Pool. Teilweise hätte etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung nicht geschadet, im Poolbereich gab es einige Spinnen. Das Hotel insgesamt und seine Umgebung waren uns zu steril.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. SPA Bereich top, Zimmer super und sauber. Das einzige was man positiv und negativ sehen kann: Die Lage. Ist etwas abgelegen vom „Zentrum“ Boltenhagen. Ca. 30-45 Minuten zu Fuß. Durch die Lage ist es schön ruhig und abgelegen, aber wenn man shoppen, essen, zum Strand oder einfach nur etwas bummeln möchte…dann muss man das Auto oder den Bus nehmen…oder halt 30-45 Minuten zu Fuß einplanen.

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang betraten wir unser Zimmer im 3.Stockwerk. Dieses hatte einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen und einen Balkon. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, allerdings ca. 3-4 km vom Ortskern Boltenhagens entfernt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und kompetent. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Am letzten Tag, wurden beim Frühstücken angesprochen, das wir noch das Frühstück noch bezahlen müssen. Das verneinten wir, da wir es mitgebucht hatten und auch schon aufgrund von 4 Übernachtungen 3mal anwesend waren. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten kam die Dame noch einmal und befragte uns noch einmal, wir empfanden das als sehr störend und peinlich, soetwas kann beim herausgehen geklärt werden und nicht bei gefüllten Frühstücksaal vor Publikum.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel um zu entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Leider konnten wir nicht draußen auf dem Balkon sitzen weil die Schwalben alles vollgemacht haben. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wunderbar. Viele regionale Produkte.

Alle prima, leider gab es bei einem der Zimmer kein Mückennetz (Zimmer 6013), in dem anderen (6010) war eins. Sonst war nichts auszusetzen. Würden wiederkommen.
