8/10 Very good

Breakfast was really nice. My room was kept clean.

6/10 Good

The rooms and hotel were clean, breakfast was nice. Some staff were very helpful, others were blunt and seemed uninterested. The swimming pool was freezing cold, we got in and straight out again! The room had a completely see through bathroom; not ideal in a family room! I wouldn’t stay here again with a pool that’s too cold to even get in and a bathroom with no privacy at all

Room was spotless and staff were very accommodating. Only negatives were the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and unfortunately the roof top restaurant was closed on the Sunday which has amazing views of the Rhein.

The room was spacious, clean and cosy. I liked it a lot. Bathroom was also great - modern and clean. What disappointed me a bit was the quality of the breakfast.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was nice, clean and practical. However the lift system is a bit of a waiting game, not to mention if you wanted to go to the parking/spa you had to press the special button! We had a 3 person room and the sofa bed was not comfortable, it's a good job we only stayed 1 night! The reception staff wanted to help when asked questions, however they were not knowledgeable, even to say how i eat breakfast with the dog in tow. Students maybe?! I would still say that for our purpose it worked, a stop on the way north next to the river which is perfect to walk the dog and have a morning run!

Excellent location. Amenities were on point. Only one thing truly needs to be improved, and that’s the elevators. They’re inexcusably slow and the control system needs a software update. Staff, breakfast, bar, and room were fantastic.

Overall a very comfortable hotel

Overall a very comfortable hotel. The one thing I disliked is the shower - there is a single volume setting, i.e. just on/off. There should be a way to increase the flow of water.

Good business

It was a business trip so efficiency was vital. The pool was a welcome workout though I wish it had opened earlier in the day. The executive lounge was also a welcome asset after a long day with a little appetite. The staff were always lovely and eager to help.
