Chambre pour trois personnes. Superbe vue sur la montagne. Établissement propre mais bien entendu un peu abîmé par les eaux sulfureuses, ce qui est normal. Personnel de l’hôtel très accueillant et qui nous a bien expliqué comment utiliser les bains. Je ne mets pas d’étoile en moins car cela ne concerne pas directement l’hôtel, mais le restaurant Sheritane est à éviter. Nous avons été très mal reçus par le maître d’hôtel à l’entrée, et la qualité est très très moyenne pour un tel prix (5500 yens au 14 octobre 2026). C’est beaucoup trop cher pour une si mauvaise qualité.

まずフロントの対応は素晴らしい。チェックイン前の到着も駐車スペースの案内や近隣スポットの案内、通行止め道路の案内など丁寧に対応してくださった。 チェックイン後も施設の案内も当然ながらわかりやすく適宜対応。 当日のオプションの夕食も快く引き受けてくださり助かりました。 メインの温泉も何種類もの温泉を一度に堪能でき、星空も相まって最高のひと時を過ごせました。 ここまでの旅の癒しとこれからの活力を感じることのできる再訪間違いなしのホテルでした。

石庭露天風呂がとてもよかったです。 お湯も適温でゆっくり浸かれました。 体の不調も回復できたと主人と喜んでいます。お肌もスベスベになり大満足です。 露天風呂からの景色も楽しむことが出来 ました。 スタッフの皆様にもご丁寧に接して頂き快適に過ごすことができました。 またぜひお伺いします。

1.エアコンが部屋にない。ヒーターと扇風機はある 2. 冷蔵庫が全然冷えない。 3. 露天風呂（混浴）に行くために用意されているタオルが小さくて薄い。 4. 露天風呂は種類が多く、そして広いので脱衣所が混んでいても快適。 5.ホテルのスタッフの接客は丁寧で感じが良い。 感想： 夏宿泊だったので個人的にエアコンがないのは衝撃的だった。ホテルのページに大きく書いておいて欲しいと思った。 混浴用のタオルも薄く、一応売店でちゃんとしているものが買えるのだが夜8時にしまってしまうので、買うの忘れていると詰む。宿泊料金をその分高くしていいので風呂用の服を含んでおいて欲しく感じてしまった。
