편안한 휴식처로 최적이었습니다.

내가 원하는 정도에 잘 맞는 호텔이었습니다. 일단 위치가 아주 좋았고 편한 휴식이 주목적이었으므로 객실에서의 만족이 중요했고 그런면에서 상당히 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 워낙 더울때 여행이어서 중간에 호텔에 들러서 잠시 쉬다 나가기도 좋은 위치였습니다. 런던 파리 뉴욕등 다른 대도시에 비해 저렴한 숙박비로 잠자리와 아침 식사를 해결할수 있어 좋았습니다. 프론트 직원들도 친절했고 여권으로 간편하게 체크인할수 있어 좋았습니다.

Pleasantly Surprised by Florence hotel

Expectations were low for our Florence hotel, which we chose for its low price and excellent location. We were charmed by the staff, who provided spot-on suggestions for less-known sites and activities. Room was comfortable and not as small as we were expecting. Bathroom was modern and everything worked fine. Included breakfast consisted of fruits, croissants, bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee/espresso. Nicely done. This is an old-style hotel, evocative of travel in Europe 30 years ago. Small and personal the staff know you and remember your room number when you return for your key. And the location is close to everything. Short walk to train station and all the sights of the city centre. Would definitely stay there again!

Location is Fantistic !

Location is fantistic ! Very easy to find when you travel there by train. However, the bathroom is very tiny and does not have a flexible shower hose. The mattress is not good. It really needs to upgrade the hotel.

accueillant, bien situé mais un peu vétuste

personnel très sympathique et accueillant bien situé à 3 mn à pied du Duomo et juste à côté de la Chapelle des Medicis rue un peu bruyante mais double vitrage efficace. par contre chambre très petite (mais pas chère) , lit dur, salle d'eau propre mais petite , fenêtres difficiles à fermer.

Hotel mal insonorise rue assez bruyante

Nous avons du demander un changement de chambre car malgre une chambre au 2 eme etage et des doubles vitrages cette premiere chambre donnait sur la rue .....impossible de dormir de plus la chambre etait tres exigue et salle de bain propre mais nécessitent un bon rafraîchissement la nouvelle chambre bien plus conforme a un 3 etoiles en taille et sanitaire mais malgre une chambre sur cour nous avons constate une mauvaise insonorisation et benefice des bruits des chambres voisines sinon le personnel tres serviable

Hotel in the city...

A perfectly acceptable three star hotel. If you examine it a little closely you will notice the wear and tear but five minutes from the duomo... Can you really complain. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned and tidied daily. We weren't expecting the Ritz... Bring ear plugs if you're on the road side as it can be a little loud other than that its very acceptable.

駅に近くてとても便利だったが、道路向かいのお店がかなり夜遅くまでやっているのでうるさかった。 朝食はなかなか良かったと思う。 シャワーの温度調節が難しくなかなかお湯が出ませんでした。

Stay here and be happy!

Hotel location would be hard to beat; walking distance to most things you want to see and only a few blocks from the train station. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast good enough to keep you going until next gelato! Priced well. I definitely would stay at Hotel Rex again.

Ottimo albergo , centralissimo

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amici in questo albergo suggeritomi direttamente da Expedia e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. L'hotel è centralissimo, pulito, ottima colazione e con un personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, in particolare la responsabile della sala colazione signora Nina. Ci torneremo senz'altro!!!

Don't stay here.

Worst place we stayed in Italy and it cost the same. Receptionist helpful but curt to rude. Room was dark, beat up furniture, afraid the walk on carpet without shoes, bidet and sink both stopped up, warm water just a trickle and very disappointing. Clean towels and sheets, in room fridge wasn't working and paint chipping on walls and door frames. Didn't smell bad is the best I can say. Night receptionist was most helpful, African gentleman, called our cab and helped us to get off at 4 am to catch a flight.

No Wifi

진짜 위치 하나는 최고. 완전 중심부인데다 주변에 맛집 멋집이 빼곡. 두오모는 바로 옆. 하지만 영어가 잘 안되는 직원들. 또한 주차장이 연계되어있는데 그게 제법 비쌈. 물론 호텔 연계라 그나마 싼거임. 하지만 무료 주차는 절대 아님. 그리고 아침식사는 그럭저럭. 욕실도 괜춘. 하지만 와이파이는 절대절대절대 기대하지 말 것! 그냥 피렌체가 너무 멋진 도시라 다 용서가 되는건 사실

Friendly Hotel

This hotel is a small gem right off of the Piazza San Lorenzo and the Cappelle Medici. It is situated on a quiet street with stores for business and restaurants for eating. There is a lift in the hotel for those of us that can no longer climb the stairs. The rooms are comfortable. There is nothing fancy or elaborate just a nice cozy room with TV,

Hotel Rex...Hotel Wreck!

Hotel is in poor condition and in front of a loud Irish pub. Windows are not insulated thus you will be hearing all the noise until about 2am. Carpet super dirty and dusty. Buckets of concrete mix and construction tools left in the hallways. Dirty bed sheets, towels and dining room mantels also left in big bags around the hallways. Room at the second floor with a leaky A/C; woke up in a flooded room. When requested a change in room, staff initially said they knew about this but the technician would not be in until 3 days after my arrival. Nevertheless, they were still putting guests in this awful room. The bathrooms' conditions were bad in both of the rooms I stayed. Pipes were broken and leaking water; shower had no pressure and it wouldn't stay on. One night, I had to bathe with a cup...very pathetic. I kept hearing the pipes "roaming" each time the guest next door flushed the toilet. Breakfast was less than desirable. It consisted of instant coffee with steamed milk while the staffs “assure" you is Italian cappuccino or espresso with a smile on their faces. There was only one choice of cold cuts and one choice of cheese. Croissants were not fresh either. Hotel décor is outdated. I am all for old charming but this was plain neglect. There is a big difference. There were no queen or king size beds. If you request such, you will be put in two twin beds tied together. I will not recommend anyone to stay here. This place should be delisted from Hotel.com.

i would not stay here, i deserve a refund

i left a few hrs after checking in. the water in the bathroom sink ran brown when i turned it on. made me take a second look at the room. and the shower was only a non movable shower head in the CEILING over the toilet. brown water? indicates rusted pipes or a room that is NEVER used. i did not want to drink, bath or brush my teeth in that hotel....and it makes you think twice about the food preparation

staff was friendly, but room awful

The only good thing i can say is the staff was friendly and i was able to get back the shawl i had accidentally left there. Room was tiny and smelled horrible, immediately took off old gross bedspread because i didnt want to sleep under, why i accidentally left my shawl, used it as a blanket. Had bookedit by calling hotels.com because the site kept freezing up on me, they knew i wanted to stay close to the train station & was willing to pay a little more than i had on previous bookings because i hadn't been very impressed with those visits either. Payed over a $100, think it was $112 and thank god i had only booked one night! It was fairly close to train station, but bed was uncomfortable, hard & lumpy? Was afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes and it smeeled awful. There was an ashtray on the desk?? Did not know i needed to specify a nonsmoking room and tge hotels.com agent i spoke with that booked the room for me, did not ask me if i wanted a smoking or nonsmoking room. Would not stay there again.

AUTHENTICITE. SITUATION. ET BON ACCUEIL

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein cœur de Florence, a quelques pas de la majorité des monuments et lieux à voir. Accueil plutôt agréable. Personnel pas super expansif et chaleureux mais disponible et aimable. Hôtel doté d'une vieille bâtisse qui donne un cachet authentique à cet hôtel décoré dans le même esprit et qui donne sur une petite rue piétonne animée et jonché de petits restaurants forts sympathiques d'où s'élève les voix des florentins. Italie, vous y êtes !!! Modernisé, il peut toutefois s'avérer vétuste pour quelqu'un de forte corpulence (salle de bain) ou des familles. Hôtel idéal pour un week-end en amoureux. QUE DU BONHEUR. Nous y retournerons. Seul point faible : le petit dej. industriel et sans aucun effort, quel dommage avec tous les produits artisanaux qu'il y a dans le coin.
