Had an excellent stay tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Brilliant location and lifts were fast. No noise and the mattress was very comfortable on the double bed and the sofa bed for the children. Would definitely recommend it was an enjoyable stay.

Nice and cozy hotel near the shopping area. The executive room is a little disappointing as I was expecting a bug upgrade. The room was slightly bigger, the king size bed did not feel king size, the room design and amenities are just about the same as the standard room. This is not our first time to this hotel. We prefer the old days where breakfast was included and unlimited access to the swimming pool.

Great stay near the Albert Dock. Easy check in and my request for a high floor and quiet room was accommodated. Just a short walk from the train station and Liverpool One. As a lone female traveller I felt safe throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean and with everything I needed. Beautiful sunrise across the city skyline topped it off!

Service and room size are excellent. Location is also fantastic easy to walk or take the bus anywhere. only negative is the number of doors in the room opening in the room when you have more than one person. Very awkward.

Was okay. Room was ready early which was great. Always took multiple attempts with the card to get the lift to work or the door to open. The toilet has no sink so you have to go tobthe shower room to wash your hands. Not very hygienic. The drains really stank in the bath room and got so bad l could'nt. actually use the shower on my last morning. Breakfast was good but most tables weren't cleaned for use

The hotel was very hot in the night and there is no air conditioning. There was also an issue with the toilet flush which was fixed the first night but there was no maintenance guy to fix it the second night so we had to put up with it and the noise of yoilet flushing all night. Pretty poor for a 4 star hotel
