Amazing hotel amazing staff amazing food amazing service and Rachel is the best.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was wonderful! Great location -just an easy walk to the Kotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating, and the food was very good. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed as a couple over a holiday weekend, there were many young families with kids and it was understandably quite noisy at times in the main lobby and dining area. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The the doorman people are very rude. They asking you questions assuming you’re not a guest at Hotel blocking the door like it’s the president’s house. The rest of the staff are amazing

The hotel is beautiful and very modern. The facilities are not so good, there was noone at the bar, apparently no room service and lacks an outdoor swiming pool.

Perfect location for visiting the Old City. Lots of dining and shopping steps away from the hotel. Gym/Spa on property was great, roof restaurant/bar has incredible views at night.

Love the Mamilla! Best location!

It was a great location and a beautiful hotel. And great staff and yummy food. But it was right on a busy street which didn’t disturb my sleep but you heard a lot of street noise so only reason didn’t give 5 starts.

I was treated to a lovely birthday treat by the hotel. We ate dinner at Rooftop; the setting was beautiful and the food delicious. I had an early checkout, with no time to have breakfast. The staff provided me with containers to take-out breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great service. Assam is the best!

The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were very comfortable, and a good size. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. Assam was especially kind and always looked out for us. Thank you for such excellent service.

Hotel service was top-notch Room was very good, an upgrade, although it could have used a desk, and Old city view wasn't great. Staff was beyond accommodating. Breakfast buffet was really good.

Outstanding hotel in perfect location!

Everything about the hotel was outstanding for me! The staff were attentive. When I called about stopper in the tub not working, someone was sent immediately to fix it. The gym is as large and well-equipped, with trainers to assist if needed. The location can’t be beat! Very close to restaurants, the market and Jaffa Gate.
