We made a reservation here late at night. But the staff was very kind and Tim Holton was also very close.

Park early as lot is small. The location is extremely handy but the motel is old and tired. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Towels were small but did the trick. Staff was friendly. Don't set the bar too high and just smile.

I had booked a Non Smoking room and when we entered the room it reeked of smoke. The windows were open and no screen in one. Even with them open it still stunk. I must say the front desk staff were helpful and tried to rectify the problem by offering us another room. Unfortunately, it did not meet our needs They were going to try spraying the room with deodorizer but did not bother Quite honestly, it was so imbedded in the carpet and curtains, it would have been a waste of time We decided to check out two days early and they were very good about refunding the days we did not stay. I did agree it was fair to pay for the two we stayed ,despite the conditions of the room It was a quiet motel, which in Kamloops is hard to find , we appreciated that The cost was reasonable, but in my opinion, that didn’t make up for the room’s deficiencies
