A acomodação é muito boa e bem equipada para viajante solo. Recebi o quarto limpo e organizado. A vista é linda, mas fica um pouco comprometida quando se está na varanda, devido a visão do telhado do hotel que fica ao lado. O restaurante/ padaria que está funcionando no piso térreo do edifício melhorou muito a estadia e facilita muito. A única coisa que senti falta foi da limpeza diária no quarto.

Péssima experiência. Não entendo como este lugar tem uma avaliação tão boa. O check-in já é muito inseguro: não é possível entrar primeiro com o carro na garagem. Tivemos que procurar vaga na rua, à noite, em uma região escura e estranha, descer para fazer o check-in e só depois voltar ao carro. Eu estava com a minha bebê e me senti extremamente insegura. O quarto estava muito mal limpo. Piso sujo, banheiro nojento e o chuveiro em condições péssimas, basta ver as fotos. Precisei pegar a esponja da pia e lavar o box antes de ter coragem de dar banho na minha filha e, mesmo assim, tomei banho de chinelo. A pia também escoava muito mal, então a água ficava acumulada. Apenas um elevador estava funcionando, fazendo com que a espera para subir ou descer fosse enorme. O café da manhã também é péssimo, muito cheio, tumultuado e com um ambiente nada agradável. Além disso, não me senti confortável com a circulação de pessoas no flat. Para completar, havia uma festa muito barulhenta na cobertura, que acabou com nossa noite e nosso descanso. Experiência péssima do início ao fim. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

O quarto e muito bom, e a limpeza tmb, agora os funcionários principalmente da recepção são pessimos, o Rapaz me atendeu mau, eu pedi a senha do wi-fi do quarto o cara disse que não tinha senha e que tinha que se cadastrar mas não apareceu nada pra se cadastra quando eu clicava na rede pedia a senha e ele disse que não tinha senha. Resumo foram me passar a senha só depois que fiz checkout. Tmb pedi um lanche no ifood o cara me ligou. Perguntei se ele podia passar o código pra liberar o motoboy o cara simplesmente respondeu NAO TEM QUE DESCER, e desligou, o lugar e bom mas o atendimento é horrível eu não me hospedo mais nesse hotel, paguei 400 reais pra passar uma noite e ser tratado assim?
