Staff was great. Aging building had issues. We had to move to another room. Staff was very helpful. Particularly Jamal.

Very comfortable room + bed. Shower a bit run down though. Very welcoming staff all very clean and well located on Arad

The staff were excellent! The room was very clean. There was lots of light coming through the window. The view was nice as well. There is a nice pool, sauna, and gym in the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is walking distance to a mall, shopping center, restaurants, grocery stores, a vegetable market, and the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful stay in a good area

The hotel staff at check-in was not very friendly and the room did not have air conditioning. Besides that, the stay was comfortable and clean. The hotel charges extra fees for breakfast.

2/10 Poor

The AC wasn't working and in the summer , this is no luxury! I was told to open the window, but it was still hot and lots of mosquitos came in. In the morning, there were no hot water to shower. Other than that, the room is good.

8/10 Very good

Verified review

6/10 Good

Rapport qualité prix à revoir sérieus à la baisse

Hôtels assez vieux, mériterait un rafraîchissement. Chambre moyenne.

Could give better towels not worn out especially in Arad where they manufacture towels! They must change the sheets as there were crumbs on them
