"Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing.
Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time.
Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the height of summer.
Breakfast was limited and the cooked food was cold (there is a microwave to reheat).
There is a list of rules by reception which includes not eating/drinking in your room, despite a full size fridge provided! As there is a lack of any other public space on a rainy day you’d be expected to stay in your room with no food/drink!!
A pleasant enough stay for a decent price but wouldn’t return. "

"There was one problem with the air conditioning in one room which was sorted 24 hours later. Also, the first night there was no running water. But once it was sorted, things were perfect after that. Staff was very good! "

"Property was brand new and very clean. The rooms were spacious and staff were super friendly, and very responsive and helpful.
Location was also great. You are a two minute walk from Principote, but still in a nice and quiet area.
