Good place to stay for a longer term rental. Excellent location with lots of food choices nearby. Property has some maintenance / cleanliness issues but if you aren't super picky you will be happy. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

Overall the room is beautiful, the service was a little poor. One night only had one towel per room, and ordered room service one night and never got it. Ordered breakfast and they missed an item and half of our order.

This hotel is a bit weird - we had a very pleasant stay, everything was clean and the staff were fantastic. The location of this hotel is great - walking distance to shops, excellent restaurants and bars. The views from our balcony over the city to the water were lovely. The room layout is rather obscure - with some windows facing into the hotel. The shower door in our penthouse couldn't fully open because the toilet was in the way so it made for interesting maneuvers to get in and out of the shower. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay here for one night before we flew out of CPT.

The whole concept of the place is nice. Nice rooms nice layout etc. However, we stayed there over the weekend and the noise from the surrounding bars is just way to much! They actually need to change their windows and doors to provide better sound proof. We only had hot water on one of the three nights we stayed there.

Our family suite had a definite wow factor although a perfect score was not given due to a TV with low grade sound and an upstairs toilet that did not flush properly even when maintenance attempted to fix it multiple times.

We stayed at The rockwell for 5 nights. The area is waking distance to the V and A and there are several pubs and restaurants in the area. The underground parking was secure for our rented vehicle and overall the apartment was clean and spacious. We will definitely return to the Rockwell. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so welcome.
