The property is right in front of the subway entrance which made transportation by train very convenient. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Great place, great city view

The room was very clean and well maintained. It had all the necessary equipment along with extras like washer dryer in the room. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop off our bags before check in. They later delivered to our room. I highly recommend this hotel as it was tops. Also it’s right across the street from the main station, so plenty of whatever you need at your doorstep.

What an amazing way to stay in Taipei! Super modern rooms, with great decor. Conveniently located across the street from Taipei Main Station. Next door to a department store full of shopping, eating, and stuff for the kids! Staff is very helpful, via WhatsApp. Next time we are in Taipei we will stay here again. Great price!

The photo and the actual room was so difference , check in was so difficult to find as their company was not shown on the 1st floor directory . I later found out they left me a message at hotel.com regards the check in , which I never expected it , setting up the sofa bed would cost us 500 Taiwan money which is unreasonable.
