o apartamento não dispõe de COBERTA (ESTAVA 12 graus )). Precisei ir no shopping comprar um cobertor. O anfitrião foi extremamente grosso ao meu questionamento. A televisão NÃO funciona nem canal. O apartamento está precisando de reformas estruturais urgentes. Toalhas de banho velhas e duras.

As condições do quarto eram sofríveis. Falta manutenção. Parte elétrica exposta. Wi-fi não estava funcionando, lâmpada queimada e o mais absurdo: não há um cobertor. Passei frio a noite inteira. Eu tenho que levar um cobertor da minha casa? Isso não faz sentido algum.

O hotel e excelente mas a quarto que peguei é um flat de um particular, não tinha uma coxa para se cobrir, apenas um lençol fino.

O banheiro não tem cortina, o que faz a gente molhar o banheiro inteiro. Não conseguimos encontrar o controle da televisão e não conseguimos em nenhum momento falar com o proprietário para resolvermos esse problema e trocar as toalhas.

Não é o Kubitschek plaza e sim um apartamento velho de um particular, fizemos a reserva com base nas fotos do anúncio e só descobrimos ao sair do elevador que o Andar inteiro estava em obra, e o padrão das acomodações não era a do hotel e sim doque eles chamam "flat ", o locador não responde as mensagens e telefones, AP destruido. O locador se utiliza de fotos do hotel entretando apenas a recepção contém o padrão do Kubitschek Plaza. É um péssimo apartamento no prédio de um renomado hotel.( como o hotel permite essa pratica, nunca mais voltaremos).

O quarto estava em péssimas condições! Não havia cobertor disponível, as paredes apresentavam marcas que pareciam de tiros, o teto estava tomado por mofo, o espelho estava quebrado, havia uma tomada solta na parede e a cama estava rasgada. O ambiente lembrava um cativeiro, de tão antigo e negligenciado.
