Wonderful hotel, the staff were sweet and attentive, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a couple of days. The shower was great, the bed was huge, there was a blow dryer (which is so fundamental when you're a lady with long hair traveling in the cold winter), and even though it was really cold outside, the room was warm even with the AC off. When I booked the room, I really wasn't expecting it to be so beautiful; I was traveling on a budget and trying to find something cheap rather than luxurious, but then when I arrived and saw the room, I was pleasantly surprised! I honestly feel like I ended up getting both a luxury experience and a great deal. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a modest budget who still wants to stay in a super nice place, and I look forward to my next stay!!

It is not bad, but it is too basic for a 4-star hotel. With the same money you can get way better facilities in the area. In the room there was just a bottle of soap, and the breakfast was poor. The area is great, and the hotel is clean.

You don't always get what you pay for.

Pro: clean room, great shower Con: 1.Required cash damage deposit because their system couldn't read my Wells Fargo credit card. 2. When I checked out I had to wait 15 minutes for one of the clerks to SLOWLY go to verify I hadn't trashed the room. 3. Wifi in room and on ground floor equally terrible. Gave up and used my phone hot spot. 4. Elevator button for ground level didn't work 90% of the time. Had to carry luggage down from 2nd floor. 5. Breakfast mediocre, service terrible. Generally speaking, the customer service was poor. I grew up in South America and my Spanish is accentless so it isn't a case of assuming "idiot gringo". It was a case of "we understand your complaints and we don't care." 5. There is another hotel with exactly same name five blocks away. Played havoc with directions.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, bem conservado e com limpeza impecável. O quarto é grande e a cama confortável. A região tem muitos restaurantes e mercados. Fácil acesso a região central por ônibus. Duas queixas: a internet é muito ruim. Lenta demais. O café da manhã é uma vergonha. Com certeza é o ponto mais fraco do hotel. Pouquíssima variedade, além de não haver reposição dos produtos que acabam. Um hotel tão bom, mas que falha num ponto importantíssimo. No último dia tivermos que ir até o Starbucks pra podermos tomar um café da manhã decente, pois não tinha café no hotel! Gastei 80 reais por conta dessa falha. Se melhorar nesses pontos com certeza ganha nota 10!

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência com o hotel. Unica coisa que posso falar que foi ok, foi o quarto com cama confortável e chuveiro ok. Pois a limpeza deixou a desejar, inclusive no salao de cafe da manha. O cafe era servido a partir das 7h da manha e quando chegamos o chao estava todo sujo, as.meninas nao sabiam se serviam o cafe ou faziam a limpeza da recepção e da cozinha. O cafe muito razoável, esperamos ate as 8h e nao havia terminado de servir. Questionei se viria mais coisas e me conunicaram qur seria so isso. Alem do que o salao cheirava mal. Nao recomendo e nao ficaria novamente!

Um hotel bem acolhedor num bairro normal mais tranquilo sem fluxo turístico o que era muito importante vários bares com ótimos preços e restaurantes por perto um chuveiro 100% bom uma cama 100% boa e o quarto completamente limpo com toalhas limpas lençóis limpos tudo ok recomendo quem quiser ir para este hotel muito bom.
