Valores de limpeza devem ser pagos à parte, ar-condicionado deixa de esfriar ao longo da noite e falta de manutenção no banheiro, que possui algumas infiltrações. Já o condomínio é bem localizado e com boa infraestrutura.

Dias de muito barulho

Anfitriã com muitas limitações: só fala pelo WhatsApp, enviou o acesso ao apto em cima da hora, ficamos quase uma hora de fora da portaria tentando contato e receber o acesso ao prédio, as toalhas são bem fininhas e não há um jogo de toalhas para substituição no imóvel. Além disso, os aviões passam rentes aos apartamento de 15 em 15 minutos durante todo o dia. No mais, a localização foi ótima.

Pior lugar que já me hospedei!

Apartamento sujo, mal organizado, acústica horrível, cama com colchão de mola quebrado e fazendo um barulho horrível, além de não ser uma cama de casal padrão, é uma cama menor, do tipo "viúva". Não respeitam o horário do check-in, na portaria não deixam informado quem é o hóspede, tão pouco explicam que você precisa entrar em contato com o site para pedir o contato do anfitrião, que só depois manda um link no whatsapp para ser pago a taxa de limpeza por Pix, para depois informarem a portaria que podem liberar seu acesso. Após todo transtorno para conseguir o acesso ao apartamento com check-in apenas a partir das 15h, ao subir encontrei o Studio imundo e com a faxineira iniciando a limpeza naquele momento. Retornei para portaria e continuei aguardando por mais 40min pela conclusão e poder retornar ao quarto. Ao retornar após a limpeza encontrei o banheiro sujo, cheio de pelo, cabelo e com catarro nas paredes do box. A roupa de cama (lençol e edredom fino) estava cheirando mofo, assim como as toalhas de banho (que estavam manchadas de água sanitária). O sobre-lençol, assim como as fronhas dos travesseiros, estavam cheirando suor com perfume e totalmente encardidos. O Studio cheira mal, um local tão novo e totalmente tratado com desleixo! Na frente tem uma casa de striptease, e algumas das funcionárias também se hospedam lá pelo jeito, pois às 16h no andar que fica o estúdio, em ao menos 2 outros se ouviam os gemidos. Motel de beira de estrada é mais limpo e bem cuidado.
