I booked this place for our honeymoon in Amami Island. First time there, so we had little expectations from the beginning. Little did we know it would be an amazing experience staying at Luxe Tech Villa Ashitoku! 🫶 The place is 15-min drive from the airport, so quite convenient when you book your rental car from there. Mind that on Amami Island, a car is needed to go to different places (restaurants, supermarket, touristy spots) so do not be surprised that the hotel is located in the middle of no where. That said, we were looking for somewhere quiet to reconnect with nature, and Luxe Tech Villa Ashitoku delivered!! ✨ The check-in was through a machine, very quick and easy to retrieve the keys. The entrance is right as soon as you park. You got 2 laundry machine at the reception, and plenty of items you can pick up to make yourself comfortable such as cutleries, plaster bands, bath towels etc. I wish there was laundry detergent though!! The room was spotless. When we entered, there was such a unique smell spa-like. It felt relaxing. That said, we struggled to use the TV to connect our Youtube, but it wasn't that bad because we were able to just be present with my husband. When you open the window, you can hear the waves of the sea. I wish the view was nice though because the bushes hide the view. Maybe one thing to consider for the future? 🌊 We drove often to Big II supermarket and go eat to surrounding restaurants within ~15min drive. It's manageable if you can drive :)

7月の連休に滞在のため、お値段高めにしては微妙でした。 そもそもテックと言いながら、チェックインエクスペリエンスはわかりにくく、いちいち顔写真を登録したりなど、面倒でした。 ４泊しましたが４泊以上しないとお部屋の掃除は入ってくれません（！）。タオルも４泊泊まって二日に一回、追加のタオルが欲しいとチャージされるなど、上記のお値段とほぼ見合わないサービスです。ちなみにビーチタオルもくれませんので、全部一式自分で用意が必要。使ったコーヒーカップも洗ってくれないので要注意です。洗濯も有料です。そしてめちゃくちゃ汚い。また、何が一番残念だったかというと、夕飯を食べれるところがほぼありません。名瀬まで3−40分ぐらい往復車を走らせるしかないです。ホテルには一切食べ物に関するものはない（怪しげな自販機で柿の種とぬるめのビールのみ）。周りのホテルはレストランがついているので、なぜこのホテルはその機能をつけなかったんだろうと不思議でなりません。残念ですが、全体的にサービスの悪いAirbnbといったところでしょうか。 建物は新しいですよ。

B棟1階に家族で宿泊。 ◎アメニティ：全体的に新しくキレイ、水回りもキレイでそこは安心。 〇調理器具、食器なども一通りそろっていて快適。調味料は一切ないので少量自宅から持参などがよいかも。 ◎通信系：Fire TVあり。WiFiも問題なし。 △～◎寝具：枕が低くベッドも柔らかめで腰が痛くなりました。調節用の枕、マットレスの調整などご検討いただけたらさらに快適になるかと思います。 〇防音設備：2階滞在者の足音は割と響きました。24時間稼働さえておく換気扇の音も割と大きめでした。

La chambre était magnifique, moderne, grande, confortable. Suffisamment de stationnement. On ne voyait pas la mer qui était derrière les arbres de l'autre côté de la rue, son accès n'était pas facile. Il y avait des travaux de réfection de la route juste a côté. Très peu d'options de restaurants ou d'épicerie. Cela prenait absolument une voiture. Mais l'immeuble était vraiment bien. Nois avons apprécié notre séjour malgré ces inconvénients. Il aurait été bien d'avoir un micro onde dans dans notre unité au lieu de devoir aller au bloc d'accueuil.

完全無人でチェックインからチェックアウトまででき、システム化に抵抗のない人にはスムーズに利用できる。部屋も清潔で若干の虫の侵入はあるものの虫退治キットなどもあるのはご愛敬。 洗濯・乾燥機も備えてあり24時間利用できるのはいいが100円玉が複数必要なのに両替機がないため、都度自販機で高いジュースを買わされるのは不満。

初めて無人のホテルに宿泊しましたが、チェックイン&チェックアウトも簡単でスムーズにできました。 お部屋もとても綺麗で、アメニティも用意してくださっていて快適に過ごせました。 バス停から徒歩圏内ですが、荷物が多かったり雨だと大変だと思います。車があると食材を買いに行ったりレストランに行くのも便利だと思います。

海は近いですが見えません。道路から部屋が丸見えです。隣の部屋とはテラス的な感じで繋がってます。フロントスタッフ居ないので少し聞きたいことも聞けません。近くにスーパーコンビニ飲食店はゼロです！ 人が道路から部屋に入れるので、その際いちいち部屋から目が合います。 オープンすぐなのか、ガタガタ騒音も酷かったです。 部屋はおしゃれでした。
