This hotel was a perfect place to stay following a long trek on the Camino de Santiago. The single room was perfect for one person. Breakfast had great options and was reasonably priced. Everything was amazing, the room, location, surrounding options for food, but the best thing was the staff, especially Miguel! He gave me a map of Santiago with all the best places to visit and dine at, he also helped me book a taxi for 5am to go to the airport. Highly recommended this place, I will defiantely stay here again next time I visit!

A beautiful, unique, boutique hotel on the edge of the action, walkable within minutes to bars, restaurants and of course the cathedral. Quiet and restful. Very friendly staff, cozy and tastefully decorated rooms, yummy breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

The Mapoula is very comfortable and clean. My daughters and I shared a triple room and there was enough room for us all to move about easily. The toilet/showerroom was spacious and very well kept with plenty of fresh towels. We had little interaction with staff, only check in & out. Both were polite and well informed. An excellent base in the centre of the city.
