Grand Mogador is undoubtedly one of the best hotels to stay in. The property is massive, beautiful, and situated in a peaceful and quiet location, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. It is also conveniently located just 10–12 minutes’ drive from the main attractions and very close to the airport. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. Our room was quite far from the reception, and unfortunately, the room telephone never worked despite us raising the issue several times. This made it very inconvenient to contact reception whenever we needed assistance. The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. It wasn’t cooling the room properly, and we ended up sweating during the night, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Overall, Grand Mogador is a stunning hotel with lovely staff and a fantastic location. However, the management really needs to address the air conditioning and room telephone issues to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. With these improvements, it could easily offer an exceptional experience.

The worse place I stayed at in my entire life

From quality of service, food, room and staff. Everything was null. This place does not even deserve a one ⭐. AC not working. Room toilet was filthy. Pizza boxes in the balcony. So many guests were arguing with staff in regards to food and quality of service. It was an nightmare. Avoid Avoid Avoid. This place was a disgrace to Morocco's tourism

Stayed for two nights, but the experience didn’t match the 5-star rating. Service was slow and unresponsive, with simple requests needing multiple follow-ups. Check-in was disorganized, and we waited too long to get to our room. Breakfast was disappointing—limited variety, stale bread, and poor-tasting juices. The ‘msemen’ station looked promising, but the line moved too slowly. The room was clean and had good AC, but that was about it. Overall, not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a genuine 5-star stay…

Tourist Trap! AVOID (worst hotel experience)

Please stay away from this hotel! The staff are not bothered, rude, arrogant to say the least, shocking, this is a hospitality business and they don’t know the first thing about hospitality! The rooms were NOT like the photos, stains on the pillows and sheets, reception staff extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t give any extra towels. My dad who is diabetic needed some sugar because his levels dropped, staff refused to help. Our key card stopped working 6 times and instead of a simple apology they said good you should exercise? There’s a long list of things like lying that they don’t provide toothpaste and then i daughter them handing toothpaste to another guest! Please save your money this place is a disgrace.

If you’re thinking about coming here, think twice!!!!! We stayed in Marrakech at Mogador Aqua Fun, and the reception was very rude. The hotel is dark and outdated. The rooms are old-fashioned and dusty, and the bathroom is moldy, with a bathtub that seems to be from the time the hotel was built. We didn’t have any towels or bath towels to dry off with, and when we called the reception, no one answered or answered annoyed. The place is also not cleaned daily, and toilet paper is not restocked. If you want it to be clean you have to beg for it. The ground in the pool are extremely slippery, and the stairs to the slides are rusty and unsafe, as are the slides themselves. So i would think twice to bring my child here again. The only good things are that it’s close to Jemaa el-Fna and the food is decent. The breakfast is okay, but I definitely wouldn’t return!

Rooms have sewage smell which was unbearable every time you flushed the toilet. We had to sleep without the A/C because smell was coming through A/C. The bathroom was very dirty in much of modernisation. The room was very outdated. The breakfast was ok. And the pool was ok. We checked out of the hotel the next day. Due to the smell. Also the room has no security safe and the staff have a habit of just to walk in. We asked a staff member for some water and when she came to drop it off with out knocking she just walked in very un professional. After that we just felt very uncomfortable thinking anyone can just walk in at anytime. Telephone in room was not working which meant for everything we had to walk to reception to ask for everything. We never got a refund for the remaining days. I would not recommend this hotel at all. This is not 5 Star property. This is 1 Star property.

Séjour très décevant. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel spécialement pour les toboggans, afin que nos enfants puissent en profiter. Nous avions même écarté d’autres bons hôtels pour cette raison. Malheureusement, les toboggans étaient presque toujours fermés. Le personnel nous disait qu’ils ne fonctionnaient pas, mais après nos réclamations insistantes à la réception, ils finissaient par les ouvrir. Nous avons donc eu du mal à comprendre les raisons de ces fermetures répétées. De plus, le personnel de la réception s’est montré peu aimable et peu à l’écoute de nos demandes. L’accueil et la manière de répondre à nos réclamations étaient vraiment décevants. Nous n’avons pas non plus vu de maître-nageur assurer la surveillance des enfants, ce qui nous a beaucoup inquiétés. Si les toboggans sont indisponibles ou si d’autres problèmes empêchent de profiter des équipements annoncés, l’hôtel devrait l’indiquer clairement sur son site avant la réservation. Les familles pourraient ainsi choisir un autre établissement en connaissance de cause. Plusieurs familles partageaient notre déception, et certaines sont même parties à cause de cette situation. Ces problèmes ont gâché notre séjour en famille.

⭐ Une expérience extrêmement décevante avec Hotels.com À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l’hôtel était très loin du standing présenté sur le site. La chambre était vétuste, la piscine sale et beaucoup trop fréquentée. L’établissement ne correspondait absolument pas à ce qui était annoncé. Nous avons signalé les problèmes à l’hôtel, mais aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été proposée. Nous avons donc dû quitter l’établissementle jour même . La taxe de séjour nous a été remboursée et on nous a indiqué que la réservation allait être annulée. Le plus décevant a été la gestion de notre réclamation par cette plateforme de réservation. Nous nous sommes retrouvés, avec ma femme et mon fils, dans une ville sans hôtel, à devoir chercher un autre logement en urgence, avec des frais supplémentaires et énormément de stress. Malgré les photos et les explications fournies, m’a proposé un simple bon d’achat de 75 €, une compensation totalement dérisoire au regard des préjudices et des dépenses engendrés. Je suis pourtant habitué à réserver avec d'autres plateformes de réservation et j’ai toujours été satisfait du service et de la considération accordée aux clients. Après cette expérience, c’est certain : je ne réserverai plus jamais ici. Je recommande aux voyageurs d’être très prudents et de bien réfléchir avant de réserver par cette plateforme.

nous avons prix cet hôtel pour les jeux aquatiques certains fonctionnaient d autres non et a /des horaires définie .la chambre donnait sur une rue bruyante nous avons demande de changer de chambre ce qui n ont pas voulu alors que l hôtel était a moitié vide ,la moquette était nauséabonde ,la vétusté du mobilier de plus l hôtel est loin du centre ville et les avions commençant leur descente d ou le bruit incessant toute la journée c est dommage ! mauvaise expérience ! cet hôtel devrait être dégradé a 3 Etoiles !!!!
