Staff was very nice and helpful, great location near the Berri-UQAM, room was relatively clean. Being near the park with events was great too! Walking distance from a lot of useful stores/food on Rue St. Catherine as well. Definitely a good budget hotel in the area.

It's a welcoming, clean, and very quiet place; I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

This is a 2 star hotel. Very basic. The room itself is clean and the bed is comfortable. The tub was old and plastic patched I guess. But water hot and pressure fine. Wifi good. I liked that place felt very secure. Staff was good about responding very quickly. There is only one chair and desk. I used some of furniture to makeshift a desk area for me. Room better for one person or if not spending any time in room. The common areas are old (stair case super old carpets) and there is a bit of a smell to the place. I won’t be staying here again but ok for someone looking for a cheap and clean place to stay.

Good location. Room was clean. Good WiFi. Nothing fancy but good enough. No luggage storage but there are cheap options for that near by.

The room was perfect for what I was looking for and the cost was appropriate. The room had everything I needed and I slept well.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is clean but not spacious. Even though it is called a hotel, it felt more like an upgraded hostel. If you are looking for just a place to crash during a short stay in Montreal, this would be a great option.

the check-in process was easy and the location is perfect. it was a small walk everyday towards the center and super quiet at night. only downsides was the interior of the rooms. it wasn’t too dirty, more so outdated and needs renovations. other wise the stay was nice!

Honestly a nice place to stay. Decent area walkable restaurants nearby. There's street parking for hotel stayers (its says only 15min though so I don't know the specifications of it). Very nice and helpful staff!

L’hôtel est propre, calme et très bien entretenu. Il bénéficie aussi d’un excellent emplacement à Montréal, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

A perfect definition of the expression, “You get what you pay for.” The entrance and lobby made me wonder what I had booked. The room was okay and served its purpose. From what I saw and read in other comments the property is going through renovations. The room I stayed in had new flooring and was recently painted.

No parking. Not many shops around. Clean room. Nice staff but limited availability.

Cheap hotel, late check-ins and checkout is way too early… the bathtub/shower looked very suspicious and the comforter smelled like it was unwashed. Smelled like sweaty hair.

Really clean, comfortable and cheap. Exactly what you're looking for in a hotel. Staff were very accommodating with our check-in and check out timings.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. The security of the hotel was great. We felt very safe during our stay. The room was okay-with all the essentials. It was clean but everything was worn out. The bed headboard was clean but had some brown stain. The shower had yellow stain. The air conditioning unit was very clean with minimal dirt/dust but blew a musty smell. Overall it was a decent stay for the price.

The location is excellent and very convenient. It was nice that I could watch YouTube on the TV. However, regular TV channels were not available. I was also disappointed that there were no tissues in the room and no bathtub stopper.
