Wonderful apartment for our family of 4 in a great location. Plenty of delicious restaurants and cafes within 100m from the door, easy walk to a huge number of sites and attractions. Got a bit noisy outside on Sat night, but we always travel with earplugs anyway :) Would definitely stay again!

Spotless, and in a great area. These are mini apartments with a small kitchen and excellent showers. Not luxurious but perfect for our needs.

The property is cozy but clean and walkable to all the main attractions in Rome, as well as shopping and eating places. The staff is very friendly as well. The area is a little noisy and the property is quite old. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

First off, the rooms are small and don’t look like the photos at all, at least not our rooms. That being said, if you’re like us and use your room to keep your things, sleep and shower then I would highly recommend this place. Beatrice was very nice and communicative. Our place was next to an amazing plaza with tons of amazing food places to eat and a morning farmer’s market. The chocolate/ Croissant place just outside our place was amazing. Location wise , this place was perfect. In walking distance to the Pantheon, The Vatican, and the Piazza Navona and not far from everything else. We were able to walk everywhere. This is the best part of this place. Overall I would recommend this place if you’re looking to get the best experience while in Rome. FYI- be prepared to pay €5 per person per night for the city tax. This is over and above the room rate usually paid in cash.

Basic no frills hotel - clean and close to everyth

This hotel is a basic no frills hotel. It is not a “hang out in the hotel” type or hotel. Room is clean but not fancy. It is 30 minute walk to Vatican, Coliseum, Trevi and Pantheon. I would stay there again. The shower was amazing
