Worse accommodation l have ever stayed,foul smell all over the building bedroom had no privacy curtain,toilet seat was rotating all direction, not clean at all. Because we were going to stay for 11 hours we did not bother changing it as Ankara is big city it takes time to move to another location. Won’t stay there again

Problem was resolved properly

We didnt stay here because the room we booked wasnt available. They claimed that Hotels.com offered a room that wasnt available. It was dissappointing that the host still checked us in. Once inside, missing the extra bed and getting a smokers room we decided to go. The host nevertheless offered us a room in another partner hotel (Nene Hatun hotel). So he resolved the matter properly I would say. The first reception worker was rather rude and kind of tried to convince us to stay there because the dirty and smelly sofa was still available. I would recommend to not take a room you didnt book. Also the hotel doesn't have an AC or a fan. It kept us wondering though why they still checked us in with 3 young kids in such a nasty room with a strong smoking odor and ashes all over the floor. The hotel is in a very remote area up a hill. Not much to do around.

Apart konum olarak ters bir yerde kalıyor. Bunun yanında odanın hijyen seviyesi çok kötüydü. Televizyon yoktu. Beş kişilik oda olmasına rağmen mutfak araç gereçleri yeterli sayıda değildi bunun yanında bir o kadar da pisler. Tuvalet kırıktı. Ve iki gece konakladıktan sonra ciddi bir kaşıntıyla ayrıldık pire olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Kaldığımız gecelerde hava serindi ve yataklarda örtü bile yoktu üstümüzü çarşafla örttük çünkü örtü yerine çarşaf konulmuştu ayrıca çarşaflar ve halılar da çok pisti çarşaflar ve halılarda yanık izleri vardı.

Hotels sayfasından bulup rezervasyon yaptım kredi kartı ile ödemesini yaptığım Bademlidere Konak Apartta konaklama yapamdım ödeme yaptım makbuzun var ismimi bulamadılar konaklmama yapamadım yetkli Müdürümüz gelince sorarız deiler halen bir arayan olmadı mağduriyetimin giderilmesini istiyorum. tesisin ön kapısına geldik ön kapıdan giriş yok 2 bina arasından alt kattan giriş yapılıyor herhangi bir yer aramadılar apart dolu adınız tok deyip yolladılar.
