Für Partyleute super !

Wir waren im App. des Hotel gegenüber vom Päffgen , zum Partyfeiern gut , da sehr zentral. Bad ist sehr klein und alt . Nachts lange laut. Betten sehr bequem.

God central beligenhed, men slidt

Ligger lige ned til Rhinen og med hyggelig torv med mange restauranter i "baghaven" Få minutters gang fra domkirken. Vi boede i lejlighed i anneks, som havde behagelige senge og udsigt til tovet. Badeværelset var ret lille og generelt var lejligheden slidt. Der blev ikke gjort rent under vores ophold, selvom der står daglig rengøring ved bookning

Is NOT in the building in the Pic - DANGEROUS

The property is not in the building in the picture, it is however close-by and still in a 'good' location. The property has been fitted and maintained to a hostel/student-standard. Having consulted with my UK Gas Safe engineer whilst at the property this boiler which is located in the hallway wouldn't meet UK standards for gas safety. I was concerned at what appears to be an inspection point in the flue (pictured) which hasn't been recovered DESPITE BEING ON THE 3RD FLOOR IN A BUILDING WITH MULTIPLE APARTMENTS THIS HAS NO SMOKE DETECTOR LET ALONE A CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR. I thought German standards were higher than this.

Wonderful location!

Great location right on the river Rhine, within walking distance to the cathedral, downtown. Hop on the tram around the corner and get wherever you want to go. The room was lovely as advertised and the staff were very accommodating. Would absolutely stay again:)

Personal war sehr freundlich , aber Hotel ist auf keinen Fall drei Sterne wert . Im Eingang und einem Zimmer muffeliger Geruch.Das Bad ist alt und ungemütlich, am Fenster verschimmelt. Für eine Nacht war es okay, aber nicht für längeren Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist nicht Gästeorientiert ausgestattet : die Mikrowelle kaputt, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sind zwar da, aber man darf den Teebeutel nicht vergessen, sonst gibt es keinen Tee. Da wir sehr spät angereist sind , gab es keine Möglichkeit was zu kaufen . Auch Hygieneartikel fehlten, ausser Handseife ist nichts da gewesen. Ich hoffe, dass die Hotelbesitzer dies zur Kenntnis nehmen und für andere Gäste den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen .

Eski, temiz, merkeze yakın.

Her ne kadar yorumlarda, başka binaya gitme ihtimalimiz olduğunu öğrenmiş olsam da, fotoğraflarda görülen, üzerinde Hotel Hayk yazan binada, nehre bakan bir odada kaldık. Resepsiyondaki kişinin ilgisi ve İngilizce'si, kişinin Alman olduğunu düşününce çok da rahatsız etmedi. Oda üst kattaydı ve ağır bavulumuzu, daracık merdivenlerden yukarı çıkarmak zorunda kaldım (evet, asansör yok). Odaya girdiğimizde, iki single yatak ve daha sonra odaya konulmuş bir yatakla karşılaştık (rezervasyonda king size bed olarak görünmekteydi). Odadaki eşyalar nispeten temiz olmakla birlikte gayet eskiydiler. Tüm bunlara rağmen, otelin konumu, kısa bir süre kalmış olmamız, oteli dayanılabilir kıldı.

El primer día que llegue en el refrigerado gano un envase de agua gaseosa empezada que alguien la dejó allí, y un vaso sucio. Al segundo día NO me limpiaron la papelera del baño. Realmente el hotel lo único bueno que tiene es la localidad y un poco el desayuno. NO es un hotel que yo recomendaría

Zweckmäßiges Apartment für Party-Touristen

Das Apartment für bis zu sechs Personen, direkt am Heumarkt gelegen, befindet sich im 1. OG - direkt über einer Pizzeria. In den Aufzug passen max. 2 Personen (ohne Gepäck). Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig - Der Kühlschrank war leider defekt. Für den Party-Kurzurlaub ist die Unterkunft i.O - Für mehr leider nicht.

Niet als verwacht

Bij aankomst bleek de geboekte kamer met uitzicht op het water niet beschikbaar, maar kreeg ik een appartement toegewezen aan een smalle straat. Bij aankomst leek deze rustig en de kamer was groot, dus acceptabel. In de nacht bleek deze straat drukbezocht te worden door (dronken) voorbijgangers. Vanaf 5.00u 's morgens reden er kleine bakwagens door de nauwe straat wat veel lawaai opleverde. Van geluidsdichte kamers, zoals staat omschreven, is geen sprake. Helaas was de douche verouderd en aan vervanging toe. Het ontbijt was niet bijzonder uitgebreid. Kortom, ik vond het de prijs niet waard en zou volgende keer iets anders kiezen.

Super Lage. Besser geht nicht. Betten waren super bequem. Einzig negativ war im Bad die Dusche. Einmal geduscht und der ganze Boden war nass wegen dem Duschvorhang, der war nicht sehr zweckvoll. Ansonsten top!

Great location but not to guests with cars

- Our room was in a different building from reception which was an unpleasant surprise. The main building looked cute and nice but this other building was a big block of flats. - Really difficult to arrive with car/motor vehicles. No parking at hotel. - No air conditioning in a room (only one fan) and with windows open there was too much noise from outside. + Room was big and clean and there was a fridgerator. Though two of us had suspicious bite marks after staying at the hotel. - Not shampoo or even hand soap in a bathroom. - We wanted to leave our luggages for a while after check-out but the only chance was to leave them to restaurant under the table where hotel personnel couldn’t watch them. + One night was pretty cheap and the location right in the city center 👍
