see the room before you pay & OYO no indicator

Very clean, however one of the 2 rooms I stayed in (101) had a strong odor somerhing like cigar ashes mixed with water and a clening agent. After a couple of hours I got a slight headache, my eyes watered and my nose became stuffy. I should mention that I stayed in one of $17 to $20 cheap rooms. The following day the desk clerk moved me to another room which is fine. These rooms have fans of one kind or another. No sir conditioning although the hotel is quite large and I did see central air conditioning on the building. Side note about OYO: I have stayed in 3 hotels/motels that are associated with OYO. I thought that OYO might be some kind of chain of older hotels/motels and thought they represented some level of quality. The desk clerk told me that OYO is noyhing more than a booking service for independent hotels/motels and cannot be used to indicate the quality of the facility you are booking.

La habitación bien , solo la falta de agua caliente, pues comentan los mismos trabajadores que algunos cuartos solo estan con calentador solar y pues nos dieron las llaves de otra habitación que esta conectada al boiler, en cuanto al trato del personal fue excelente

es un lugar muy desagradable muy sucio no cuentasn con agua caliente el baño can muchas manchas las sabanas manchadas y desgastadas el estacionamiento parece de un taller sucio para salir no se puede por la recepcion sale uno por el estacionamiento los contorles de la tv no funcionan y si llegara a funcionar solo 3 canales recerve por 3 noches y solo me qued una solicite mi rembolso y es fecha que no me al resuelto de igual forma la factura no me a llegadoy el personal que responde es una señora que le vale madres y muy despota no lo recomiendo

Muy amables, El Centro queda caminando, tiene un Oxxo en frente. Hay estacionamiento y el personal es amable. Lo único que no me gusta es que usan plástico para el jabón que te dan. Por conciencia ambiental me gustaría que buscarán otra opción. Basta de plástico.
