The hotel was perfect, great location, walk to the beach, their buffet was really good, and we encountered great staff throughout the whole property. I would recommend this property again to anyone who visits Mallorca, I would definitely be saying at this property again

Our room was huge, it felt like an apartment. We was truly over the moon with it. Also, “brunch” is on from 8am until 1pm so we made use of this and it cut down on spending as 2x meals was ate in this time. Brilliant find

Nice hotel, clean and mostly modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no parking but we managed to find some around the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay and in driving distance of nice beaches and other areas in Mallorca.

Manager quite awful. I had called each of the three days prior to arrival. I spoke with a night manager and booking agency. We a post midnight check in our reservation was dug from the trash where we found our room number changed multiple times. He said he had talked to us and read notes from other emoloyees. Another employee said they would document the information. The day manager began questioning me after going to get my fiancee water as there is none provided at the property for under 4$ for a small bottle. I explained I was staying and was about to speak with them, but was intercepted asking where I’d been, what I was going walking in and not greeting them, again after coming back and forth six times. Every employee told me if I had booked direct through them they could help. This day manager said it’s impossible to book through them it must be done through an agency? I mentioned “help” and was told “this word does not meet the conversation” after looking up my reservation multiplie times I realized it was time to check out. There was nothing polite, personal, or meeting a degree of common human decency. I stayed a total of 10 hours, two spent trying to get my room. It was not the room I booked. Nothing that had been said on the phone or in any previous conversation applied. Manager admitted to be bad at English, but the word help does not apply- RoI perhaps. Many cobwebs in my room which I suppose is why I got it. Template matches outside. Do not recommend.

Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.
