We had a lovely stay here, and we would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious stay in Oaxaca. The people working there were very kind and helpful, particularly Belén. The location was good, and although the street outside could be busy with road traffic, very little of that could be heard in the room. We stayed in Lluvia, and we found the space to be just the right size and very comfortable and clean. The bathtub was a big draw for us and did not disappoint. They regularly check in with us to make sure our stay was going well, and offered help generously whenever we needed accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Spira Hotel. The property is beautiful, chic, and thoughtfully designed, with rooms that are spotless, spacious, unique and gorgeous. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, close to all the action while still feeling calm and relaxing. A wonderful place to stay in Oaxaca City. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, we had 2 rooms and brought our dog. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, hotel is only a few blocks away from the main plaza/zocalo. We can’t wait to be back. The hotel is beautifully designed and the artist designed rooms are cool. Super clean, with coffee and minibar in the room. Most notably the staff was incredibly helpful - particularly given how crazy the time during dia de los muertes can be. Only downside is that the rooms are a bit small and dark but there is a nice patio area on the rooftop with a bar open for breakfast and in the afternoon.

Love for Spira from the Honeymooners!

A wonderful, comfortable, stay right in the heart off Oaxaca. We loved Spira Hotel and the emphasis on local artists and overall design. The bed was very comfortable, the skylight in the bathroom and tub outside were well worth it with mood lighting that made all the choices feel intentional. The room was exactly as pictured. Breakfast was also delicious and a great way to end our trip. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone thinking about it!

This was an amazing hotel. You are first impressed by the design and aesthetic of the hotel, both modern and traditional. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with booking taxis needed throughout our stay. It was much appreciated. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel is a short walk to the main downtown area, no more than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Oaxaca.
Room 10 came with an outdoor bathtub. It was amazing!

Nice and cozy little hotel. The bed was great and the hotel was good. Looks a bit more high end on the pictures than in real life + the price is also a bit high compared to what you get.
