The hotel was clean, quiet and very conveniently located on a quiet street walking distance to the train station and to the duomo and Uffizi. The staff were very helpful and professional. They were able to accommodate an early check in and stored our bags after check out since our train was departing in the evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Great location if you are using the train station

We had a great stay for 1 night. Staff at reception both days were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected for the price we paid. It is a great location to explore the city without being in the middle of all the noisy parts of the city. Just around the corner from the train station which was brilliant. Hotel were happy to mind our luggage after we checked out and went exploring

Highly recommend

This was last minute reservation after my Airbnb has been canceled, wasn't expecting much, bul this hotel was a nice surprise. The room is updated with all the amenities that make your stay very comfortable.the breakfast was amazing and Eva the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly, highly recommend.

The Lillium is located at walking distance from the train station, which is a plus for any traveler. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous in all manners. A hearty breakfast buffet was included in the rate. When it comes to cost x benefit, this will be on my list of places to return to.

The staff offered on site parking but did not tell me they could not white list my vehicle for the ZTL zone. They gave me very stressful directions on how to enter and leave the parking area to avoid ZTL fines. The hotel is on upper floors of a decrepit building. The elevator worked but was original equipment from 60+ years ago. The breakfast area was cramped and had very limited seating. I hope I followed the directions correctly otherwise I will be getting a very big fine from the City of Florence and I will be revising my rating of this hotel to lower. Do not accept the on site parking and do not expect much from the building and accommodations.

NOT a family place at all. Can't sleep in the night due to the noise being caused by other people in the hotel, at night you can't do anything about it. There's no one to call, no one outside in the lobby or on the floor where the rooms were. Horrible customer service. The washroom is so small. Especially shower area is so tiny, you are not able to move a step. You can't take a shower properly. Elevator is only for suits cases use, it cannot hold more people it's so old. There are so many stairs to walk so it's very difficult to walk up them, if you have any health problems, this is definitely not the place for you. Overall the hotel did not look like the pictures at all. Think twice before booking this place.

Excelente opção de hotel! Equipe 100% preparada e educada. Reservamos com a opção de café da manhã e em um dos dias sairíamos antes do café; a equipe deixou preparado na noite anterior uma sacolinha com várias opções de comidas, bebida e fruta para levarmos. Excelente café da manhã, instalações, chuveiro, tudo!! Indico muito e, quando voltar a Florença, com certeza será minha escolha novamente.

Café da manhã bom! Recepção fecha cedo! Dificuldade de acesso à recepção. Disjuntor disparou quando usou secador e ficamos sem energia e a recepção já tinha fechado! As instalações do quarto não estavam conforme as fotos. Um pouco de enganação. Quarto não tão limpo. Banheiro pra tomar banho a área do box minúsculo! Não dava nem pra levantar os braços e eu sou pequeno!!!
