The hotel was clean, quiet and very conveniently located on a quiet street walking distance to the train station and to the duomo and Uffizi. The staff were very helpful and professional. They were able to accommodate an early check in and stored our bags after check out since our train was departing in the evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Great location if you are using the train station

We had a great stay for 1 night. Staff at reception both days were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected for the price we paid. It is a great location to explore the city without being in the middle of all the noisy parts of the city. Just around the corner from the train station which was brilliant. Hotel were happy to mind our luggage after we checked out and went exploring

This was last minute reservation after my Airbnb has been canceled, wasn't expecting much, bul this hotel was a nice surprise. NOT a family place at all. Can't sleep in the night due to the noise being caused by other people in the hotel, at night you can't do anything about it. There's no one to call, no one outside in the lobby or on the floor where the rooms were. Horrible customer service. The washroom is so small. Especially shower area is so tiny, you are not able to move a step. You can't take a shower properly. Elevator is only for suits cases use, it cannot hold more people it's so old. There are so many stairs to walk so it's very difficult to walk up them, if you have any health problems, this is definitely not the place for you. Overall the hotel did not look like the pictures at all. Think twice before booking this place.

Wir suchten ein Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofes & das war es. Ein kleines Zimmer für 5, das Bad sehr alt mit vielen losen Teilen. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war toll, einfach ein sehr enger Saal. Wir durften unser Gepäck aufbewahren, das war sehr nett. Dass der Lift nicht geht, schon länger, hätte man erwähnen können, da das Hotel im 3. Stock liegt.
