8/10 Very good

The room was modern, clean and spacious. It was a good location and the staff were very friendly. It is not advisable to leave the window open while sleeping as it is noisy outside but the windows are fairly soundproof. We could hear the guests in the room above walking around which was no ideal but I think that would happen in any room.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Warm when I was there however, a new desk fan in the room was welcomed and did the job. Lovely bathroom with roomy shower. Rooms look as though they have had a good makeover. Easy check-in with pleasant staff. Excellent location in Wetherby Services station. Highly recommended.
