I got this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be. I do need to be honest; my room was adequate and fine for my short stay, but needed refreshing.
The carpet was clean but could stand to be replaced, the bathroom had water damage on the ceiling, peeling paint/plaster and some staining on the counter but again, it was clean and had plenty of clean towels. Water pressure was adequate, hot water was actually hot. They have Dove soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom which was fine.
Bed was very very soft, with lots of soft pillows. Not my favorite but its somebody's. It had clean linens and I made it work for the time I was there. Working Kureg, tiny refrigerator with small freezer and a microwave was included in the room. Their room coffee is a decent brand. Room AC was very cold. That appeals to some people (it got too cold for me)
I didn't have breakfast though it was included(no time), and I didn't use any other facilities, so no comment on those. Parking lot is big.
Staff was very nice (its Kansas City, thats expected) My biggest dislike was how it was situated on the road + walls/ceilings are thin. If you have people above you, next to you, they'll be heard (felt if they have heavy feet). The hotel itself near grocery stores, chain restaurants, gas stations and about hour to the airport. The price paid was fair.
For short stays (for me) the negatives aren't deal breakers and can be worked through.
