The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent. Mattresses seemed to be about ready for replacement. The laundry washed and returned clothes on the same day. Staff were very attentive.

Comfortable, normal hotel. Clean and convenient with good a breakfast buffet. It is not an overpriced luxury hotel. It is just what I need when I go to Toluca. I stay often at this hotel.

Great location, one block from Los Portales. Contemporary property with great staff. Special mention to Alfredo in maintenance, he fixed the drain in our bathroom and a failing window on the spot. Cristina, our room attendant was amazing and took care of us.

Staff was overall friendly and helpful. Check in had to be on time, we could not do early check in, even though we saw other people do so. That was tough after a long commute.
