Overall, excellent service and a great location to visit North Mumbai - situated right on the beach - for the price - it’s great value overall.

The service at this hotel is excellent, really well ran, great food and lovely staff whp cannot do enough for you. The view on the beach from the restaurant and bar sets this place apart from the rest. Highly recommended 🙏

It’s more of a local hôtel , international guests might be disappointed but i liked the local atmosphere and the staff was quite nice . The best is the restaurant with a view on the beach , the food there is delicious . And the location is prime , one minute away from the Juhu beach and its animation. Juhu beach is relax vibes, kind of local but i enjoyed it . If you are not too demanding and want the decent local experience, go for it . Also Juhu beach is quite away from Center of mumbai but close to the airport .

The WiFi sucks at this hotel. Also there was a construction going on the floor above my room and it was so loud & unbearable to stay in the room. The breakfast buffet is a joke.

Beautiful location by the beach

We had a short stay before our flight to Toronto. It is a great location by the beach, in a nice neighborhood. The room was nice and clean with all amenities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. No complaints at all.

A reasonably priced hotel. Comfortable. Situated on the beach. Rooms a little small but perfectly sufficient. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Short easy walk to street food markets and ordinary restaurants.

It was clean, but apart from the new 'patio' area, it's very dated. It is quiet for Mumbai.

Not worth the cost..Staff try to help their best, it's because of them it is manageable to stay there.

Honestly, the rooms and bathrooms have seen better days. However, and it’s a BIG however, I would definitely stay again. The restaurant, with it’s terrace overlooking the beach is really excellent. Skip the continental options, the Indian food is superb. Also, the staff, and especially the young folk serving in the restaurant are lovely: sweet and helpful. Breakfast, watching the waves roll in on Juhu beach, is a memorable experience.

Citizen Hotel Would not stay again. It is a clean but VERY compact building with a lot of staff But lots of things go wrong even tho they have staff to fix things quickly it is annoying especially middle of night My in-room safe needed 4 separate visits to fix it. Extra $7AUD @ Hotel Sea Princess is a bargain! Stay there
