I travelled up for a wedding and had a really lovely stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was well kept, clean and tidy. The room was spacious and the amenities were good. The breakfast was great quality with good choices. I sadly didn’t get to use the pool but it’s a great facility to have available. I was very happy with my stay.

Attended a wedding locally. Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very good. Unable to use the pool due to swimming lessons, were told we could only use it after 12.30pm, but we were checking out at 11am.

Booked through Expedia, didn’t see an option to book bed and breakfast. On check out we were charged £17 each for breakfast which I thought was excessive for what was on offer. Choice of cold meat and cheese consisted of one slice of ham and one of cheese. Pastries very limited and no croissants, when we asked for some we were told they were all gone. Only one choice of egg in the buffet, fried only.
