The customer service and the receptionists where extremely patient with us and assisted us with what to explore in Istanbul and they had also let us use their personal phone to allow us to order food to the hotel the receptionists where Imam, Tariq and Amro. Hotel is ok for its purpose. If you want to spend the whole day outside exploring Istanbul and only come to the hotel for sleeping and showering, it is perfect. If you want to spend your day at the hotel, it is not the right choice. The staff is really nice and forthcoming.
