The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet but the food is not as good as I expected. The service was excellent, the shows were entertaining and fun. The herradura restaurant was great. If the food was of better quality the hotel would be a 5 stars

We got an all inclusive, by the moment we wanted to eat some snacks there was nothing available, restaurant was under maintenance/construction When asked the staff about it, they seem didn't care much, just saying sorry about this. No recommended at all.

Place is real natural but service in the restaurant nasty and employees low class

Do not stay here - building 4 is a nightmare given its proximity to the electrical and water treatment plant. The noise is unbearable and it lasted all night until 8:30 am. And their pool towel policy is ludicrous.

Check in was at 3 and they said 3 to 6 , give us the room at 520 , customer service they are very rude (when you ask cuestión) is not like the picture.

The resort needs to be updated. I had to be switched from rooms because they gave me the wrong room and both rooms did not have working lights, a working blow dryer, no iron available, and no hot water. The staff was trying to be helpful but the results were not satisfying. The resort had great entertainment and the resort was beautiful.

2/10 Poor

We are an American couple visiting my wife’s family. We decided to take a nice trip for some fun and relaxation and booked a 3 night stay at the Decameron Panaca. We made the 5 hour trip there and were very excited to check in. Unfortunately we had left our passports at our home in Cali. Although we had our ids (driver licenses and booking info), we were refused entry and denied our reservation. Sadly, we had to make the 5 hour trip back home that night. To make things worse, they refuse to credit us back our money already paid up front. My advice is to stay away from Decameron Panaca (Very unprofessional).

Deben modernizar las habitaciones, los baños les falta aseo profundo y el buffet diario le falta variedad en los platos fuertes y a un nivel de decameron la comida es muy corriente a excepción del restaurante la herrería que es muy bueno
